equivalent medical course.

BHILAIDURG, CHHATTISGARH BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION, RAIPUR in the year
2009-2010 and as per my 10th class records, my date of birth is 2ND NOVEMBER 1995.
4. I have studied 11th class with the subjects of PHYSICS,
CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY, ENGLISH GENERAL, HINDI SPECIAL in MAHARSHI DAYANAND
ANGLO VEDIC H.S. SCHOOL, KANKER, CG in the year 2010-2011 and declared “PASS”.
5. I have studied my 12th class with the subjects of PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY,
ENGLISH GENERAL AND HINDI SPECIAL from GOVT. H S SCHOOL NARHARPUR KANKER
in the year 2 0 1 1 - 2 0 1 2 .
6. I have been granted 12th class passing certificate by the CHHATTISGARH BOARD OF
SECONDARY EDUCATION, RAIPUR .
7. I have to take admission/had joined in MBBS/equivalent medical course at OSH STATE
UNIVERSITY, OSH, KYRGYZSTAN in the academic year 2015-2016.
8. I am still pursuing my Medicine course at the same University.
9. I have completed my MBBS or equivalent medical course from OSH
STATE UNIVERSITY in the year 2022 .
