#RADC-18X Disrupter Cannons are machined from 17-4 Stainless Steel
1.500" Diameter for strength and durability. Precision gun drilled to .730”
then Honed to a mirror finish for improved Accuracy / Velocity and ease
of cleaning. Chamber is 3-1/2” to accept high power loads and all commer-
cial 12 Gauge. Chamfered exterior crown for smooth transfer. 2-1/2"
Welded body ring milled flat on bottom to prevent rolling while on
ground. When place in Royal Arms stand Body ring holds a positive lock
up to reduce rear flight dramatically. 6-1/4" Knurled back end for a better
grip. Self aligning locator hole for accurate laser placement. Vapor Hone
finish for anti glare and smooth finish. External Acme Thread for quick
solid lock up.
Each of the insert bolts pictured are designed to use a specific type of firing system. electric, time fuse, and shock
tube. Note! The Shock Tube Breech Bolt Insert may not be purchased with a disrupter or kit at the same time.
Attaching the Shock Tube BB Insert #8 makes the cannon into an NFA weapon & must be registered with ATF.

#RADC-2/D (Dual) Two

12” Cannon Units. Use each
individually or combined into
a single 23 1/2” unit for high power/ longer shots. The chambers are 3 1/2” This unit features
all the same component usage as our standard RADC-18 Cannon, however, it will only
accommodate our Water Laser Sight Holder. One unit comes with a knurled end cap to protect
the threads when used as two separate 12” units for single and or dual shots. Since the
individual units are only 12” long, they offer greater flexibility when working in confined areas.
The combined cannon offers greater distance and accuracy capabilities. The #RADC-2/D
contains two 12” cannons, two breech bolts, two sets of breech bolt inserts and one end cap.
With the use of the #RDI Royal Dual igniter you may shoot both cannons simultaneously.

DISRUPTER CANNONS

IDC-9 12 Gauge 3-1/2” Chambered Disrupter Cannon The solution to the

unreachable suspect package / hard to reach disruption placement. With an external
acme breech bolt for strength. Its overall short length, makes it
ideal to be used under vehicles and in very tight places. A
square 5” nylon bag stand with a 3/8” polycarbonate stop plate
are supplied with the cannon. Once filled with aquarium gravel
and lead shot, it allows the bomb tech to align at various angles
without the cannon slipping or falling down. Cannon and filled
Stand Bag/Stop Plate together weigh 8 lbs. Fill media not
included. The IDC-9 cannon is reasonably priced - Includes a
Pelican #1450 carrying Case. The cannon system you can travel
with any where.

stand Body ring holds a positive lock up to reduce rear flight dramatically. 6-1/4"
Knurled back end for a better grip. Self aligning locator hole for accurate laser

down the chamber end to muzzle.
1. Place a moistened black plastic water plug (sup-
plied) closed end in the chamber with your finger, push it
towards the muzzle, next use the preset back half of the
pushrod to seat the plug forward to the proper distance by
pushing the rod all the way forward till the black handle
flushes the rear of the cannon and remove the push rod.
Place or hold the cannon in a muzzle up position. Pierce
the center of the red end plug with a knife point to elimi-
nate air pressure when installing plug. Fill the bore to a
maximum of 3/4” of the muzzle end and push the lipped
red nose plug in the muzzle closed end down.
2. Make sure the electric breech-bolt-insert No. 1 is
screwed in the breech bolt firmly. The electric breech-
bolt-insert has the smaller thru hole of the three bolt
inserts.
3. Select the proper electric squibbed 12 GA Blank
shell for the suspect package, make sure the wire end
leads are still shunted (twisted together). Straighten the
wire lead to prevent shaving the insulation while load-
ing the leads.

The RDI will fire any commercial 12 Gauge 209 Primers, however RAI recommends using Cheddite CX 2000
Get these items ready #Royal Dual Igniter (#RDI), Brass Heads (#RDI-BHQ), 1/8” Instant fit Connector #STC-B,
Shock tube / nonel (#ST) & 12 Ga Primers (#Primers)
1. Check if the RDI is cocked and both safeties are engaged if so proceed to step 3.
2. The RDI needs to be cocked. Place the RDI in your hand pointing it in a safe Direction. Place your fingers on
the cocking arms and place your thumbs on the rear bolts and pull backwards, now Roll the primary
safety lever forward and push the secondary safety cross pin through the body blocking the firing pins.
3. Disconnect the #RDI-BHQ from the #RDI body and insert 1 Primer into each RDI-BHQ head
WARNING: make sure both safeties are engaged, before you attempt to screw in the Brass Head assemblies

4. Screw the RDI-BHQ assembly back into the RDI body until it bottoms out and the RDI-BHQ are hand tight
5. Select the proper instant fit connector (Fiq C or Fiq D) Screw the STC-B into the RDI-BHQ
6. Pull out desired amount of Shock tube #ST make a 90º clean cut 6 Inches from the end of the Shock tube
7. Insert freshly cut end of Shock tube into the tip of #STC-B the shock tube will go in about an 1-1/4” & lock in place
8. RDI is now Loaded and ready to fire, before firing make sure every one is at a safe distance. Rotate the primary
safety rearward toward the trigger until it stops & displays RED, pull the secondary safety cross pin out, depress the
trigger to release the firing pins, firing the unit.

 RDI Cleaning Instructions
Light Use (1-5 Shots) or when Primers are hard to remove
Remove Brass Heads from Body and Sperate both parts of the
Brass Head Spay Gun Cleaner or a De-greasier over the entire
brass Parts until most all Residue is removed apply a light oil
and wipe dry (silicone / WD40 or a dry lube work best) and
reassemble.

Medium Use (15-30 Shots) or when cocking is difficult

Light use + Decock/ Fire the RDI to relieve the tension on the
springs. Remove Both the Bottom Knurled Nuts from body pull
out the springs. Use a 5/64 Allen wrench to remove both 6-32
Button head screws attaching the Cocking arms to the firing pins.
Pull Cocking arms off, tilt RDI body down to remove firing pins.
Flip the RDI up to expose the Firing pins stops, use a 5/32 Allen
wrench to remove stops (counter clockwise). Use a .357 / .38
Pistol brush to clean inside RDI body, and thoroughly clean all
parts. Apply a light oil and wipe dry all parts. Apply Oil to O-
ring on Safety barrel Latch (place a drop of oil between the RDI
body & C clip on side with Safety latch then rotate the safety latch
between safe and fire

The WIZARD 50G2 is a capacitor discharge blasting machine - the most reliable firing means available.
This mini-blaster stores a large quantity of electrical energy, provided by a single 3-volt CR2 lithium battery.
The WIZARD 50G2 can discharge the stored energy to the firing system in a fraction of a second.
The WIZARD 50G2 can fire 50 electric blasting caps, in series, on a one-half mile reel of military communications wire (equal to 22

Remove the breech bolt first before inserting the Cannon

Very Important! the knurled portion of the cannon needs to be inserted into the Chamfered side
of the #PS-Head (“Fiq A”) facing forward. The cannon ring should be flush with the front of
the #PS-Head (“Fiq D”) if there is any gap it is inserted wrong.

The Securing knob #PS-HH2 (“Fiq C”) is only to prevent the cannon from falling out when in a
downward posistion, only light pressure / finger tight should be used. IT IS NOT INTENDED
TO PREVENT THE CANNON FROM RECOILING OUT OF THE STAND IF
INCORRECTLY INSERTED.

The Steel 2 Ft. Section pole #PSP-Steel (“Fiq E”) must alway be used on the bottom of the T-
Base stand. The #PSP-Steel is designated by having 2 lines cut on one side of the pole and not
having any male threaded Studs proturding form the ends of the pole. Screw the #PSP-Steel
section with the lines facing down into the T-Base stand first as shown in “Fiq E” before
attaching any other sections. Faiure to do so or using a Aluminum section on the bottom of the
T-Base stand will damage the pole and thread of the base.

 Royal “Snot Polymer”
120 mL (4 0z.)

Royal “Snot Polymer” in 120 mL (4oz.) size will make 3 Gallons of “SNOT” fluid for long shot I.E.D.
Disruption (windshield washer fluid and water not supplied). To get started you will need
1 gallon windshield washer fluid and warm / hot tap water.

Please note that polymer may partially gel in bottle, this does not impair the use of the mixture.
However, you must shake the bottle vigorously to re-emulsify the mixture if need be add a little water.

Mixing Recommendations per Quart:

1) Pour 10 mL of “Snot Polymer” into the small 30 mL measuring cup.
2) Remove cap from quart size bottle supplied and pour in 2 Oz. of warm water
3) Pour in 100 mL of washer fluid in the Qt bottle.
4) Slowly add, in a swirling motion, the “Snot Polymer” to the warm water, re-cap and shake vigorously.
5) Remove cap, add 480 mL (16 oz.) of pre-mixed windshield washer fluid, re-cap and shake vigorously until
thoroughly mixed--without any polymer white chunks showing.
6) Add the balance of 420 mL(14 oz.) windshield fluid and shake to uniform consistency.

Short Cut to mixing 1 Gallon:

1) Use an empty 1 gallon bottle/bucket
2) Pour 8 oz of water, 120 Oz. of window washer fluid and 30 mL of SNOT polymer in container.
3) Use a paint mixer rod in a high speed electric drill for about 2-3 minutes.

In either method, the bubbles will dissipate and any small chunks will mix in time.

Clean “Snot Polymer” from hands with soap and warm water.

“Snot Polymer” refills are available in 4oz., 8oz., and 16 oz. sizes.

A. First check to see if the cannon bore is clear of
obstructions by removing the Breech Bolt and looking
down the chamber end to muzzle.
1. Place a moistened black plastic water plug (sup-
plied) closed end in the chamber with your finger, push it
towards the muzzle, next use the preset back half of the
pushrod to seat the plug forward to the proper distance by
pushing the rod all the way forward till the black handle
flushes the rear of the cannon and remove the push rod.
Place or hold the cannon in a muzzle up position. Pierce
the center of the red end plug with a knife point to elimi-
nate air pressure when installing plug. Fill the bore to a
maximum of 3/4” of the muzzle end and push the lipped
red nose plug in the muzzle closed end down.
2. Make sure the electric breech-bolt-insert No. 1 is
screwed in the breech bolt firmly. The electric breech-
bolt-insert has the smaller thru hole of the three bolt
inserts.
3. Select the proper electric squibbed 12 GA Blank
shell for the suspect package, make sure the wire end
leads are still shunted (twisted together). Straighten the
wire lead to prevent shaving the insulation while load-
ing the leads.
4. Push the twisted wire ends thru the Breech Bolt
from the breech bolt face to the back of the breech bolt.
If your wires have a split wire cover, leave intact and
pull the leads all the way thru so the case head butts the
breech bolt face. Caution! Make sure you have not
stripped the lead wire coverings before placing the
shell in the disrupter chamber.
5. Insert the 12 Ga blank shell in the cannon, screw
in the Breech Bolt and hand seat firmly. Before

Insert / drop one (1) 3/32 Ball bearing into #BBI-8 the internal magnets will hold the 3/32 Ball bearing in place. Next
screw #STC-B into the back of #BBI-8 and finger tighten. screw completed assembly (BBI-8, STC-B & BBs-8 Fiq F) into
#BB (Fiq D) hand tighten
Check to see that the other end of the Shock tube is NOT attached to the igniter/blaster. Select the proper 12 GA
standard primed shell for the suspect package and insert into the cannon chamber. Screw #BB unit into the cannon mak-
ing sure the #BB firmly hand seats and that there is no gap in cannon exposed this ensure a proper fit. Pull out 5 feet of

“Good evening. Today, our fellow citizens, our way of life, our very freedom came under attack in a
series of deliberate and deadly terrorist acts. The victims were in airplanes, or in their offices; secre-
taries, businessmen and women, military and federal workers; moms and dads, friends and neighbors.
Thousands of lives were suddenly ended by evil, despicable acts of terror.
The pictures of airplanes flying into buildings, fires burning, huge structures collapsing, have filled us
with disbelief, terrible sadness, and a quiet, unyielding anger. These acts of mass murder were intend-
ed to frighten our nation into chaos and retreat. But they have failed; our country is strong.
A great people has been moved to defend a great nation. Terrorist attacks can shake the foundations
of our biggest buildings, but they cannot touch the foundation of America. These acts shattered steel,
but they cannot dent the steel of American resolve.
America was targeted for attack because we're the brightest beacon for freedom and opportunity in
the world. And no one will keep that light from shining.
Today, our nation saw evil, the very worst of human nature. And we responded with the best of
America -- with the daring of our rescue workers, with the caring for strangers and neighbors who
came to give blood and help in any way they could.
Immediately following the first attack, I implemented our government's emergency response plans.
Our military is powerful, and it's prepared. Our emergency teams are working in New York City and
Washington, D.C. to help with local rescue efforts.
Our first priority is to get help to those who have been injured, and to take every precaution to protect
our citizens at home and around the world from further attacks.
The functions of our government continue without interruption. Federal agencies in Washington which
had to be evacuated today are reopening for essential personnel tonight, and will be open for business
tomorrow. Our financial institutions remain strong, and the American economy will be open for busi-
ness, as well.
The search is underway for those who are behind these evil acts. I've directed the full resources of our
intelligence and law enforcement communities to find those responsible and to bring them to justice.
We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts and those who harbor
them.
I appreciate so very much the members of Congress who have joined me in strongly condemning
these attacks. And on behalf of the American people, I thank the many world leaders who have called
to offer their condolences and assistance.
America and our friends and allies join with all those who want peace and security in the world, and
we stand together to win the war against terrorism. Tonight, I ask for your prayers for all those who
grieve, for the children whose worlds have been shattered, for all whose sense of safety and security
has been threatened. And I pray they will be comforted by a power greater than any of us, spoken
through the ages in Psalm 23: "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no
evil, for You are with me."
This is a day when all Americans from every walk of life unite in our resolve for justice and peace.
America has stood down enemies before, and we will do so this time. None of us will ever forget this
day. Yet, we go forward to defend freedom and all that is good and just in our world.
