Outlining all the concepts of this report, it has been presented that, academic skills plays a great role
within the life of the individuals. In the context of academic skills, there are various acknowledgements
among which motivation, teamwork and reflection is been presented here in this report. In all the three
sets of skills, this report customises the particulars of concept with the concern of important areas and
benefits are been reflected. Analysing all these, the report has addressed the positive viewpoints over
most important and least essential skill sets categorising motivation and teamwork, respectively. Summed
up all the things, it has been identified that, skills in the life of the individuals plays essential role in the

Academic skills refer to the inclusion of better strategies and habits that are attained by the learners in
their learning curriculum that moreover appeals to better success in a career setting ( McCormick et al.,
2021). This moreover plays great importance in the life of the individuals regarding skill upliftment with
personality development that will result in their betterment. This report will deliver clear aspects of three
of the essential skill sets that are teamwork, reflection and motivation. This report will further develop
and conceptualise the key concepts with the importance of teamwork, motivation and reflection that could
uplift the academic standards as well as maintains skills for professional improvement. Additionally,
based on analysis, this report will also provide the particulars of the most important areas. Also, this will
categorise the three skills based on least or relatively unimportant.

Academic skills resemble the certain abilities that are gained by the individual through empanelling
themselves with the academic settings that will improvise their career goals. There is ample of the
importance of academic skills that are been examined by the enlisted points –

Better time management

Within the inclusion of the academic curriculum, it has been observed that the students develop a great
ability for time management with which they maintain time in a scalable way. This can be considered as
beneficial as concerning time management, the individuals attain the potential of managing time with
great efficiency that will inculcate their productivity level with better aspect.

Efficient researching abilities

Concerning the plus point of academic skills, it gets improvised that, the researching abilities of the
individual will attain the potential level that moreover improves their critical thinking ability. With the
better inclusion of researching skills, the individuals can effectively perform better approaches to empanel
with the standards of employability.

Further, various types of academic skills will suit the betterment of the candidates. Among all the
necessary skill sets, teamwork, reflection and motivation is been considered as prior.

Time Management
Time management refers to one of the essential skill sets that set up the organising processes with which
planning of actions are been taken place with suitable references of time (Sainz et al., 2019). With the
improvement of this skill sets, the individuals makes effective planning for operating the tasks in a better
manner. For the successful completion of a project with the maintenance of deadlines possesses the active
inclusion of this skill sets. Additionally, there are various important areas of time management that are
been examined through the following notes –

Reduction of stress level

Through the maintenance of the scalable level of time management, the individual gets connected at a
personal level with better management of time schedules. This smoothes the workflow and also helps the
employees in attaining a great scale of strengths within them. Further, the employees also attain the level
of approaches for mitigating each other issues with full potential. This moreover benefits the employee

engagement process and could uplift the level of joy within the workplace. Linking this to the aspects of
an academic setting, when the students are connected in a better frame then they will improvise their
abilities along with their work performance.

Potential achievement of goals

Through the assistance of effective time management, it has been improvised that, candidates can attain
the organisational goals in a standard way with their potential and work performance. Time management
among the employees plays a great role in the creation of cooperative work culture that could lead to the
maintenance of a positive work environment. Regarding this, it has been suggested that, for this action,
managers play a great role in maintaining a proper schedule aligning with time management for attaining
better success in work operation.

Teamwork
Teamwork refers to a process in which a group of people works collectively to address the same
objectives that will eventually be effective for their development and growth (Schmutz et al., 2019). In an
organisation, this relevant skillset helps in attaining scalable success in work operation which will
ultimately plays important role in attaining success measure. In teamwork, people with different abilities
perform the work operations in a collective way for addressing success in an improvised way. During
work performance, people aligned with each other are summed up with different values and beliefs that
are essential in collective approaching the same goal with a constant level of potential. Further, the
relative importance of teamwork has been examined with the assistance of the following listed points –

Developing self-monitoring aspects

With the better implementation of teamwork, it has been confined that, the development of self-
monitoring aspects gets evolved within the individuals. By working as a team, it has been conceptualized

Among the presented three skill sets, which are teamwork, motivation and reflection, it gets addressed
that, motivation plays the role of the most important area within individuals for leading them towards
prosperity. In both academic settings as well as professional works, motivation helps the individuals by
levelling up their performance rate in a positive scenario. However, there are the active role of teamwork
along with reflection among the individuals but it can be visualised that, the significance of motivation
appeals as important here among all.

Least important or unimportant factor among all the skills

Comparing all the three skill sets that are teamwork, motivation and reflection, it has been difficult to
select one least important among them as all the factors resemble great significance level. Further, after
realising, teamwork is been selected as the least important among all. One of the main reasons behind this
is that the individuals can perform better work in a lone state with a better reflection of their skill sets and
positive motivation. Further, with suitable approaches towards time management, candidates can actively
improvise their level of better sustenance.

After analysing all the potential aspects of this, it has been visualised that, performing academic skill sets
empowers the moral level of the individuals with which they can attain significant success. Among the
most important skill sets, this report has targeted three skills that are teamwork, motivation and reflection.
Developing an ultimate level of confidence within the individuals is the key result of motivation. Further,
it has been customised that, reflection assists the individuals in figuring out a better level of connection
with their soul. In addition to this, the concept of teamwork accessed here within this report holds the
presence of doing the task in a collective way with which, the opportunities are been accessed within the
individuals. Comparing all the three, motivation appeals as the most important area whereas teamwork
falls in the section of the least significant section.
