(Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship-AOP)

On the 26th day of October 2021, a negotiation conference was held pursuant to Texas Family Code Chapter 233.
The Office of the Attorney General appeared by a duly authorized representative.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE, mother of the child, hereinafter referred to as Obligee, appeared via zoom and
agreed to the entry of these orders as evidenced by her signature.
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE, father of the child, hereinafter referred to as Obligor, appeared via zoom and
agreed to the entry of these orders as evidenced by his signature.
The following agreements and/or findings are the result of the negotiation conference.
It is FOUND that the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit, and that the following
orders are in the best interest of the child.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PATERNITY
The parent-child relationship was established between MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE and MATTHEW
MARQUIS CELESTINE JR when a properly executed Acknowledgment of Paternity was filed with the Vital
Statistics Unit pursuant to Texas Family Code, Chapter 160. Attached as Exhibit A is a copy of the Acknowledgment
of Paternity.

SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE and MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE are appointed Joint Managing
Conservators of the child.
Each parent appointed as a conservator of the child has at all times the following rights and duties of a parent:
a. to receive information from any other conservator of the child concerning the health, education, and
welfare of the child;
b. to confer with the other parent before making a decision concerning the health, education, and welfare of
the child;
c. of access to medical, dental, psychological and educational records of the child;
d. to consult with any physician, dentist, or psychologist of the child;
e. to consult with school officials concerning the child's welfare and educational status, including school
activities;
f. to attend school activities, including school lunches, performances, and field trips;
g. to be designated on any records as a person to be notified in case of an emergency;
h. to consent to medical, dental, and surgical treatment during an emergency involving an immediate danger
to the health and safety of the child;
i. to inform the other conservator of the child as soon as practicable but not later than the timeframe
required under Texas Family Code § 153.076 (c-1) if the conservator:
i. establishes a residence with a person who the conservator knows is the subject of a final
protective order sought by an individual other than the conservator that is in effect on the date the
residence with the person is established,
ii. resides with, or allows unsupervised access to a child by, a person who is the subject of a final
protective order sought by the conservator after the expiration of the 60-day period following the
date the final protective order is issued; or
iii. is the subject of a final protective order issued after the date of the order establishing
conservatorship;
j. to manage the estate of the child to the extent the estate has been created by the parent or the parent’s
family; and
k. the right to inherit from and through the child.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE is designated as the conservator with
a. the exclusive right to designate the primary residence of the child and
[ ] maintain the child's primary residence in MILAM or any contiguous county;
[X] may determine the child's primary residence without regard to geographic location;

b. the duty, except when a guardian of the child's estate has been appointed, to manage the estate of the
child, including the right as an agent of the child to act in relation to the child's estate if the child's action
is required by a state, the United States, or a foreign government;
c. the right to the services and earnings of the child;
d. the right to consent to marriage and to enlistment in the armed forces of the United States;
e. the right to consent to medical, dental, and surgical treatment involving invasive procedures;
f. the right to consent to psychiatric and psychological treatment;
g. the power to represent the child in legal action and to make other decisions of substantial legal
significance concerning the child;
h. the right and power to receive and give receipt for periodic payments for the support of the child and to
hold or disburse these funds for the benefit of the child;
i. the right to make decisions concerning the child's education.
Unless limited by court order, each parent appointed as a conservator of the child retains the following rights and
duties during the period the parent has possession of the child:
a. the duty of care, control, protection, and reasonable discipline of the child;
b. the duty to support the child, including providing the child with clothing, food, shelter, and medical and
dental care and education;
c. the right to consent for the child to medical and dental care not involving an invasive procedure; and
d. the right to direct the moral and religious training of the child.
NOTICE TO PEACE OFFICER
NOTICE TO ANY PEACE OFFICER OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: YOU MAY USE REASONABLE
EFFORTS TO ENFORCE THE TERMS OF CHILD CUSTODY SPECIFIED IN THIS ORDER. A PEACE
OFFICER WHO RELIES ON THE TERMS OF A COURT ORDER AND THE OFFICER'S AGENCY ARE
ENTITLED TO THE APPLICABLE IMMUNITY AGAINST ANY CLAIM, CIVIL OR OTHERWISE,
REGARDING THE OFFICER'S GOOD FAITH ACTS PERFORMED IN THE SCOPE OF THE OFFICER'S
DUTIES IN ENFORCING THE TERMS OF THE ORDER THAT RELATE TO CHILD CUSTODY. ANY
PERSON WHO KNOWINGLY PRESENTS FOR ENFORCEMENT AN ORDER THAT IS INVALID OR NO
LONGER IN EFFECT COMMITS AN OFFENSE THAT MAY BE PUNISHABLE BY CONFINEMENT IN
JAIL FOR AS LONG AS TWO YEARS AND A FINE OF AS MUCH AS $10,000.

POSSESSION AND ACCESS


Pursuant to Texas Family Code Chapter 153, MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE and SHANEICE NICOLE
CELESTINE are ORDERED to review and follow the possession and access schedule that is attached to this order and
incorporated by reference. It is FOUND that the order for possession and access is in the best interest of the child.
MATTHEW CELESTINE has an established relationship with the child and has had prior overnight visits with the child.

FINDINGS REGARDING MEDICAL SUPPORT, DENTAL SUPPORT, AND CHILD SUPPORT


OBLIGATIONS

It is FOUND:
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE 's gross monthly resources are $1,256.67.
Reasonable cost, based upon 9% of MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE's gross monthly resources is
$113.00.
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is obligated to provide support for the following:
(A) The number of children before the court is one (1).
(B) The number of minor children not before the court residing in the same household with
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is zero (0).
(C) The number of children not before the court for whom MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is
obligated by a court order to provide medical support, and who are not counted under Paragraph
(A) or (B) is one (1).
(D) The number of children not before the court for whom MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is
obligated by a court order to provide dental support, and who are not counted under Paragraph
(A) or (B) is one (1).
(E) The number of children not before the court for whom MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is
obligated by a court order to provide child support, including those counted in (C) and (D)
above, and who are not counted under Paragraph (A) or (B) is one (1).
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE provides health insurance coverage for zero (0) other minor children.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE provides dental insurance coverage for zero (0) other minor children.

It is further FOUND that the following orders regarding health insurance and dental insurance are in the best
interest of the child.

CHILD SUPPORT GUIDELINE FINDINGS

It is FOUND that, pursuant to Texas Family Code §154.130:


(1) the net resources of MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE per month are $ 1,111.45;
(2) the net resources of SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE per month are $ 1,139.45;
(3) the percentage applied to MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE's net resources for child support is 0.00%;
and
(4) if applicable, the specific reasons that the amount of child support per month ordered by the court varies
from the amount computed by applying the percentage guidelines under §§154.125 or 154.129, as
applicable.
MATTHEW CELESTINE IS PAYING FOR CHILD CARE AND PURCHASING ITEMS FOR THE CHILD FOR
SHANEICE’S HOME.

GOVERNMENT MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM OR HEALTH PLAN


SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE is ORDERED to apply, within 15 days after entry of this order, on behalf of the
child for participation in a government medical assistance program or health plan. Upon enrollment, SHANEICE
NICOLE CELESTINE is ORDERED to maintain such health coverage in full force and effect for any child, subject of
this suit, by paying any and all applicable fees required for the coverage, including but not limited to, enrollment fees,
and premiums until the first of the following events occurs for the child:
1. the child reaches the age of eighteen years or graduates from high school, whichever occurs later, subject
to the provisions for support beyond the age of eighteen years set out below;
2. the child marries;
3. the child dies;
4. the child enlists in the armed forces of the United States and begins active service as defined by section
101 of title 10 of the United States Code; or
5. the child’s disabilities are otherwise removed for general purposes.
If the child is eighteen years of age and has not graduated from high school, IT IS ORDERED that this obligation
shall not terminate but shall continue for as long as the child is enrolled
1. under chapter 25 of the Texas Education Code in an accredited secondary school in a program leading
toward a high school diploma or under section 130.008 of the Education Code in courses for joint high
school and junior college credit and is complying with the minimum attendance requirements of
subchapter C of chapter 25 of the Education code; or
2. on a full-time basis in a private secondary school in a program leading toward a high school diploma and
is complying with the minimum attendance requirements imposed by that school.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE is ORDERED to furnish MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE and the Office of
the Attorney General Child Support Division, a true and correct copy of the health insurance policy or certification and a
schedule of benefits within 30 days following the signing of this order. SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE is ORDERED
to furnish MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE the insurance cards and any other forms necessary for use of the insurance
within 30 days following the signing of this order.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE is ORDERED to, within three days of receipt by SHANEICE NICOLE
CELESTINE, provide MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE any insurance checks, other payments, and/or explanations of
benefits relating to any medical expenses for the child that MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE incurred or paid.
CASH MEDICAL SUPPORT
Pursuant to Texas Family Code §154.182(b-1), MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is ORDERED to pay
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE cash medical support, as additional child support, of $28.00 each month, beginning the
1st day of November 2021, payable on or before the same day of each month thereafter until the earliest occurence of one
of the events specified below happens for every child subject of this suit:

1. the child reaches the age of eighteen years or graduates from high school, whichever occurs later, subject
to the provisions for support beyond the age of eighteen years set out below;

4. the child enlists in the armed forces of the United States and begins active service as defined by section
101 of title 10 of the United States Code; or
5. the child’s disabilities are otherwise removed for general purposes.
If the child is eighteen years of age and has not graduated from high school, IT IS ORDERED that this obligation
shall not terminate but shall continue for as long as the child is enrolled
1. under chapter 25 of the Texas Education Code in an accredited secondary school in a program leading
toward a high school diploma or under section 130.008 of the Education Code in courses for joint high
school and junior college credit and is complying with the minimum attendance requirements of
subchapter C of chapter 25 of the Education code; or
2. on a full-time basis in a private secondary school in a program leading toward a high school diploma and
is complying with the minimum attendance requirements imposed by that school.
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is allowed to discontinue payment of cash medical support for the period of
time MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is providing coverage if:
(1) health insurance for the child becomes available to MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE at a reasonable cost;
and
(2) MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE enrolls the child in the insurance plan; and
(3) MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE provides SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE and the Office of the
Attorney General, the Title IV-D agency, the information required under Texas Family Code §154.185.
NO CREDIT FOR INFORMAL PAYMENTS
The Court ORDERS MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE to pay all cash medical support, if ordered, through the
registry prescribed in this decree and any direct payments or any expenditures incurred during periods of possession shall
be deemed in addition to and not in lieu of the medical support ordered herein.

ADDITIONAL HEALTH CARE EXPENSES


Pursuant to Texas Family Code §154.183(c), additional health care expenses to be allocated between the parties
include the following:
(1) any reasonable and necessary health care expenses of the child, including vision and dental expenses that are
not reimbursed by insurance; and
(2) any amounts paid by either party as deductibles or copayments for health care or dental care services for the
child.
Additional health care expenses, including vision and dental care expenses of the child are allocated as follows:
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE is ORDERED to pay 50 % and MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is
ORDERED to pay 50 % of additional health care expenses, including vision expenses that exceed the amount of cash
medical support ordered.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE is ORDERED to pay 50 % and MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is
ORDERED to pay 50 % of additional dental care expenses.
If the cash medical support is discontinued pursuant to the "CASH MEDICAL SUPPORT" provision because
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE obtains health insurance for the child, MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall be
responsible for 100% of the child's total health care expenses incurred in any month in which he neither pays the cash
medical support nor provides health care coverage for the child.

The party who incurs a health care expense, including a vision or dental care expense on behalf of the child is
ORDERED to submit to the non-incurring party all forms, receipts, bills, statements, and explanations of benefits
reflecting the expenses within 30 days after he or she receives them. The party shall itemize those expenses for which
payment or reimbursement is sought. Each non-incurring party who is also a parent is ORDERED to pay his or her share
or percentage of the expenses either by paying the provider directly or by reimbursing the incurring party within 30 days
after the non-incurring party receives the forms, receipts, bills, or statements. If the incurring conservator fails to furnish
to the non-incurring conservator the forms, receipts, bills, statements, and explanations of benefits reflecting the expenses
within 30 days after the incurring conservator receives them, the non-incurring conservator is ORDERED to pay the non-
incurring conservator's percentage of the unreimbursed portion of the health care expenses either by paying the health
care provider directly or by reimbursing the incurring conservator for any advance payment exceeding the conservator's
percentage of the unreimbursed portion of the health care expenses within 90 days after the non-incurring conservator
receives the forms, receipts, bills, statements, and/or explanation of benefits.
WARNING
A parent ordered to provide health insurance or dental insurance, or to pay additional child support for the
cost of health insurance or dental insurance who fails to do so is liable for 100% of necessary health care expenses,
including vision or dental expenses of the child, without regard to whether the expenses would have been paid if
health insurance or dental insurance had been provided, and the cost of health insurance premiums, dental
insurance premiums, or contributions, if any, paid on behalf of the child.

CURRENT CHILD SUPPORT


MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is ORDERED to pay SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE current child support
of $0.00 each month beginning the 1st day of November 2021, payable on or before that date and on or before the same
day of each month thereafter until the first month following the date of the earliest occurrence of one of the events
specified below:
1. any child reaches the age of eighteen years or graduates from high school, whichever occurs later, subject
to the provisions for support beyond the age of eighteen years set out below;
2 any child marries;
3. any child dies;
4. any child enlists in the armed forces of the United States and begins active service as defined by section
101 of title 10 of the United States Code; or
5. any child's disabilities are otherwise removed for general purposes.
If a child is eighteen years of age and has not graduated from high school, IT IS ORDERED that the obligation to
pay child support for that child shall not terminate but shall continue for as long as the child is enrolled:
1. under chapter 25 of the Texas Education Code in an accredited secondary school in a program leading
toward a high school diploma or under section 130.008 of the Education Code in courses for joint high
school and junior college credit and is complying with the minimum attendance requirements of
subchapter C of chapter 25 of the Education Code; or
2. on a full-time basis in a private secondary school in a program leading toward a high school diploma and
is complying with the minimum attendance requirements imposed by that school.
NO CREDIT FOR INFORMAL PAYMENTS
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is ORDERED to pay all child support through the registry prescribed in this
decree and any direct payments by him or any expenditures incurred during his periods of possession shall be deemed in
addition to and not in lieu of the child support ordered herein.

INCOME WITHHOLDING
Pursuant to Texas Family Code Chapter 158, any employer of MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE, current or
subsequent, is ORDERED to withhold income from the disposable earnings of MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE for
the child's support as set out in the INCOME WITHHOLDING ORDER/NOTICE FOR SUPPORT (IWO). Any income
withheld from MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE's disposable earnings for child support and paid according to this
order shall be credited against his child support obligation, but shall not discharge any of his child support obligation that
exceeds the amount so credited.
It is FOUND MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is liable for all court ordered child support, regardless of the

description of the offense that is the basis of the person's requirement to register as a sex offender or the offense with

POSSESSION AND ACCESS ORDER


ELECTIONS REGARDING ALTERNATE BEGINNING AND ENDING PERIODS OF POSSESSION ARE
REQUIRED TO BE MADE AT THE TIME OF THIS ORDER
DEFINITIONS
Child The term "child" refers to the child or children of the parties who are the subjects of this suit and shall include the
plural form whenever appropriate to the context.
School The term "school" refers to the elementary or secondary school in which the child is enrolled, or, if the child is
not enrolled in an elementary or secondary school, the public school district in which the child primarily resides.
It is ORDERED that the parents may have possession of the child at any and all times mutually agreed to in
advance and, in the absence of mutual agreement, it is ORDERED that they shall have possession of the child as follows:
PARENTS WHO RESIDE 50 MILES OR LESS APART
Except as otherwise explicitly provided, if MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE resides 50 miles or less from the
primary residence of the child, the parents shall have the rights to possession of the child as follows:
Weekends:
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have the right to possession of the child on weekends throughout the year
beginning at the time the child's school is regularly dismissed on the first, third and fifth Friday of each month during the
regular school term, otherwise if school is not in session at 6:00 p.m. on the first, third and fifth Friday of each month and
ending at the time school resumes after the weekend during the regular school term, otherwise if school is not in session
at 6:00 p.m. on the following Sunday.
Except as otherwise explicitly provided herein, if a weekend period of possession of MATTHEW MARQUIS
CELESTINE coincides with a student holiday or teacher in-service day that falls on a Friday during the regular school
term, as determined by the school in which the child is enrolled, or with a federal, state, or local holiday that falls on a
Friday during the summer months in which school is not in session, the weekend possession shall begin at the time school
is regularly dismissed on Thursday.
Except as otherwise explicitly provided herein, if a weekend period of possession of MATTHEW MARQUIS
CELESTINE coincides with a student holiday or teacher in-service day that falls on a Monday during the regular school
term, as determined by the school in which the child is enrolled, or with a federal, state, or local holiday that falls on a
Monday during the summer months in which school is not in session, the weekend possession shall end at 8:00 AM on
Tuesday.
Thursdays:
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have the right to possession of the child on Thursdays of each week during the
regular school term beginning at the time the child's school is regularly dismissed and ending at the time the child's
school resumes on Friday.
Spring Vacation:

MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have possession of the child in even-numbered years beginning at the time and
on the day the child is dismissed from school for the school's spring vacation and ending at 6:00 PM on the day before
school resumes after that vacation.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession for the same period in odd-numbered years.
Summer Vacation:
If MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE gives SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE written notice by April 1 of each year
specifying an extended period or periods of summer possession, MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have
possession of the child for thirty days beginning not earlier than the day after the child's school is dismissed for the
summer vacation and ending not later than seven days before school resumes at the end of the summer vacation, to be
exercised in no more than two separate periods of at least seven consecutive days each, with each period of possession
beginning and ending at 6:00 p.m. on each applicable day.
If MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE does not give SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE written notice by April 1
of each year specifying an extended period or periods of summer possession, MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall
have possession of the child for thirty consecutive days beginning at 6:00 p.m. on July 1 and ending at 6:00 p.m. on July
31.
Furthermore, if SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE gives MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE written notice by
April 15 of each year, SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession of the child on any one weekend
beginning Friday at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m. on the following Sunday during any one extended period of
summer possession by MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE, provided that SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE picks up the
child from MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE and returns the child to that same place. MATTHEW MARQUIS
CELESTINE, not later than the 15th day before the Friday that begins that designated weekend, must give SHANEICE
NICOLE CELESTINE written notice of the location at which SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE is to pick up and return
the child.
Furthermore, if SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE gives MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE written notice by
April 15 of each year or gives MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE fourteen days written notice on or after April 16 of
each year, SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE may designate one weekend beginning not earlier than the day after the
child's school is dismissed for the summer vacation and ending not later than seven days before school resumes at the end
of the summer vacation, during which an otherwise scheduled weekend period of possession by MATTHEW MARQUIS
CELESTINE will not take place, provided that the weekend so designated does not interfere with MATTHEW MARQUIS
CELESTINE's period or periods of extended summer possession or with Father's Day if MATTHEW MARQUIS
CELESTINE is the father of the child.
Christmas:
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have possession of the child in even-numbered years beginning at the time and
on the day the child is dismissed from school for the school's Christmas vacation and ending at 12 NOON on December
28. SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession for the same period in odd-numbered years.

NOON on December 28 and ending at 6:00 PM on the day before school resumes after the school's Christmas vacation.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession for the same period in even-numbered years.
Thanksgiving:
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have possession of the child in odd-numbered years beginning at the time the
child is dismissed for the Thanksgiving holiday and ending at 6:00 PM on the following Sunday.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession for the same period in even-numbered years.
Father's Day:
If the father is a conservator, the father shall have possession of the child beginning at 6:00 PM on the Friday preceding
Father's Day and ending at 8:00 AM on the Monday following the Father's Day weekend.
Mother's Day:
If the mother is a conservator, the mother shall have possession of the child beginning at the time the child's school is
regularly dismissed on the Friday preceding Mother's Day and ending at the time the child's school resumes after

NOON on December 28 and ending at 6:00 PM on the day before school resumes after the school's Christmas vacation.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession for the same period in even-numbered years.
Thanksgiving:
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have possession of the child in odd-numbered years beginning at 6:00 PM on
the day the child is dismissed from school before Thanksgiving and ending at 6:00 PM on the following Sunday.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession for the same period in even-numbered years.
Father's Day:
If the father is a conservator, the father shall have possession of the child beginning at 6:00 PM on the Friday preceding
Father's Day and ending at 6:00 PM on Father's Day, provided that, if he is not otherwise entitled under this order to
present possession of the child, he picks up the child from the residence of the conservator entitled to possession and
returns the child to that same place.
Mother's Day:
If the mother is a conservator, the mother shall have possession of the child beginning at 6:00 PM on the Friday
preceding Mother's Day and ending at 6:00 PM on Mother's Day, provided that, if she is not otherwise entitled under this
order to present possession of the child, she picks up the child from the residence of the conservator entitled to possession
and returns the child to the same place.
Child's Birthday:
The parent not otherwise entitled under this order to present possession of a child on the child's birthday shall have

the weekend, otherwise if school is not in session at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, provided that MATTHEW MARQUIS
CELESTINE gives SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE fourteen days written or telephonic notice preceding a designated
weekend..
NOTE: If the parties begin residing over 100 miles apart after rendition of this order, MATTHEW MARQUIS
CELESTINE may elect this alternative period of possession by written notice to SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE within
ninety days after the parties began to reside more than 100 miles apart. MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE may not
designate weekend possession under this section that conflicts with the other provisions in this order concerning
possession of the child during Christmas, Thanksgiving, the child's birthday, Father's Day weekend, or Mother's Day
weekend.
If a weekend period of possession of MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE coincides with a student holiday or
teacher in-service day that falls on a Friday during the regular school term, as determined by the school in which the child
is enrolled, or with a federal, state, or local holiday that falls on a Friday during the summer months in which school is
not in session, the weekend possession shall begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
If a weekend period of possession of MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE coincides with a student holiday or
teacher in-service day that falls on a Monday during the regular school term, as determined by the school in which the
child is enrolled, or with a federal, state, or local holiday that falls on a Monday during the summer months in which
school is not in session, the weekend possession shall end at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
Spring Vacation:
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have possession of the child every year beginning at 6:00 PM on the day the
child is dismissed from school for the school's spring vacation and ending at 6:00 PM on the day before school resumes
after that vacation.
Summer Vacation:
If MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE gives SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE written notice by April 1 of each year
specifying an extended period or periods of summer possession, MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have
possession of the child for forty-two days beginning not earlier than the day the child's school is dismissed for the
summer vacation and ending not later than seven days before school resumes at the end of the summer vacation, to be
exercised in not more than two separate periods of at least seven consecutive days each, with each period of possession
beginning and ending at 6:00 p.m. on each applicable day.
If MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE does not give SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE written notice by April 1
of each year specifying an extended period or periods of summer possession, MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall
have possession of the child for forty-two consecutive days beginning at 6:00 p.m. on June 15 and ending at 6:00 p.m. on
July 27.
Further, if SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE gives MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE written notice by April
15 of each year, SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession of the child on any one weekend beginning at
6:00 p.m. Friday and ending at 6:00 p.m. on the following Sunday during any one extended period of summer possession

by MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE, provided that if a period of possession by MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE
exceeds thirty days, SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE may have possession of the child under the terms of this
subdivision on any two nonconsecutive weekends during that time period, and further provided that SHANEICE NICOLE
CELESTINE picks up the child from MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE and returns the child to that same place.
If SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE gives MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE written notice by April 15 of
each year, SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE may designate twenty-one days beginning not earlier than the day the
child's school is dismissed for the summer vacation and ending not later than seven days prior to school resuming at the
end of the summer vacation, to be exercised in not more than two separate periods of at least seven consecutive days
each, with each period of possession beginning and ending at 6:00 PM on each applicable day, during which MATTHEW
MARQUIS CELESTINE may not have possession of the child, provided that the period or periods so designated do not
interfere with MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE's period or periods of extended summer possession or with Father's
Day if MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE is the father of the child
Christmas:
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have possession of the child in even-numbered years beginning at 6:00 PM on
the day the child is dismissed from school for the school's Christmas vacation and ending at 12 NOON on December 28.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession for the same period in odd-numbered years.
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have possession of the child in odd-numbered years beginning at 12
NOON on December 28 and ending at 6:00 PM on the day before school resumes after the school's Christmas vacation.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession for the same period in even-numbered years.
Thanksgiving:
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall have possession of the child in odd-numbered years beginning at 6:00 PM on
the day the child is dismissed from school before Thanksgiving and ending at 6:00 PM on the following Sunday.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall have possession for the same period in even-numbered years.
Father's Day:
If the father is a conservator, the father shall have possession of the child beginning at 6:00 PM on the Friday preceding
Father's Day and ending at 6:00 PM on Father's Day, provided that, if he is not otherwise entitled under this order to
present possession of the child, he picks up the child from the residence of the conservator entitled to possession and
returns the child to that same place.
Mother's Day:
If the mother is a conservator, the mother shall have possession of the child beginning at 6:00 PM on the Friday
preceding Mother's Day and ending at 6:00 PM on Mother's Day, provided that, if she is not otherwise entitled under this
order to present possession of the child, she picks up the child from the residence of the conservator entitled to possession
and returns the child to the same place.
Child's Birthday:

The parent not otherwise entitled under this order to present possession of a child on the child's birthday shall have
possession of the child beginning at 6:00 p.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m. on that day, provided that said parent picks up the
child from the residence of the conservator entitled to possession and returns the child to that same place.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Except as otherwise explicitly provided, terms and conditions of possession of the child that apply irrespective of
the distance between the residence of MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE and the primary residence of the child are as
follows:
The provisions for possession of the child during Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Vacation, Summer Vacation,
the child's birthday, Father's day, and Mother's day supersede any conflicting weekend or Thursday periods of possession.
Written notice, including notice provided by electronic mail or facsimile, shall be deemed to have been timely
given if received or, if applicable, postmarked before or at the time that notice is due.
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall surrender the child to MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE at the
beginning of each period of MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE's possession at SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE's
residence. If MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE elects to begin a period of possession at the time the child's school is
regularly dismissed, SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE shall surrender the child to MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE
at the beginning of such period of possession at the school in which the child is enrolled.
MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall return the child to the residence of SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE
at the end of the period of possession, except that if MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE's county of domicile remains the
same after the rendition of this order and if SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE's county of domicile should change,
effective on the date of the change of domicile by SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE, MATTHEW MARQUIS
CELESTINE shall surrender the child to SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE at the end of each period of possession at the
residence of MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE. If MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE elects to end a period of
possession at the time the child's school resumes, MATTHEW MARQUIS CELESTINE shall surrender the child to
SHANEICE NICOLE CELESTINE at the school in which the child is enrolled.
Each conservator shall return with the child the personal effects that the child brought at the beginning of the
period of possession.
Either parent may designate any competent adult to pick up and return the child, as applicable. A parent or a
designated competent adult shall be present when the child is picked up or returned.
A parent shall give notice to the person in possession of the child on each occasion that the parent will be unable
to exercise that parent's right of possession for any specified period. Repeated failure of a parent to give notice of an
inability to exercise possessory rights may be considered as a factor in a modification of those possessory rights.
If a conservator's time of possession of a child ends at the time school resumes and for any reason the child is not
or will not be returned to school, the conservator in possession of the child shall immediately notify the school and the
other conservator that the child will not be or has not been returned to school.

CHILD SUPPORT REVIEW PROCESS STATEMENT OF RIGHTS

1. The child support review process begins when you receive written notice.

2. You have a right to 10 days notice of the date, time and place of the child support review process negotiation
conference and to 3 days notice of the date, time and place of a rescheduled negotiation conference.

3. The purpose of the negotiation conference is to provide an opportunity to reach an agreement on a child support
order.

4. You may be represented by legal counsel during the negotiation conference or at any court hearing.

5. If all parties agree, an agreed order will be prepared and signed and confirmed by the court without further
notice.

6. You do not have to sign an order prepared by the child support review officer, but a non-agreed order may be
