(ELLNA) to Grade 4 Learners

Date: October 1, 2018

1. As per DepEd Memorandum No. 146, s. 2018, the Department of Education (DepEd},
through the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA), with the assistance of Schools
Division Office of Dagupan City, will conduct the Early Language Literacy and
Numeracy Assessment (ELLNA) to Grade 4 learners from sampled public schools
on October 10, 2018. The sampled schools include the following:
a. 102150 Lucao ES
b. 102151 Malued ES and Special Science ES
c. 102152 West Central ES I
d. 102157 East Central IS
e. 102162 Bliss ES
f. 102164 Federico N. Ceralde IS
g. 102165 Bonuan Boquig ES
h. 102170 North Central ES
i. 102171 Sabangan ES
j. 102177 Pantal ES

2. The Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDSs) in - charge of the abovementioned

sampled schools are required to monitor the administration of the said test.

3. To ensure effective administration of ELLNA, there will be an orientation of all room

supervisors (RSs), chief examiners (CEs) and school testing coordinators
(STCs) on October 8, 2018, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon at the SGOD office. The
assigned room examiners will be oriented by their respective chief examiner and/or
school testing coordinator. The list of the Division and School Testing Personnel is
hereby attached.

4. Division Testing Coordinator and support staff of the testing team will also have
their meeting on October 8, 2018, 3 o'clock in the afternoon at the SMME Unit in
preparation for the test.
