0 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

1. Install all the wheels (3 wheels) into the body framework that has been prepared.

2. Install the electric motor below part of the body framework that has been prepared.

3. Connect the chain from the gear of the motor into the gear of the front wheel. The
gear was permanently attached with the shaft of the motor.

4. Adjust the tightness of the chain that connect from electric motor into the front wheel
properly.

5. Install the bucket of wheelbarrow at the upper of the body framework. The bucket
will tight up by using bolt and nut into the front area of the body framework.
6. Install the spring gas by attach the gas spring between the body framework and also
the bucket.

7. Insert the grip of the handle located at the body framework the install the speed
controller.
4.0 INSTALLATION AND SETUP INSTRUCTION

Installation of Wheel

1. Ensure the bearing of the wheels in good condition and free from dirt before the
process of installation begin.
2. Insert the shaft into the hole that has been design at the body framework into the hole
that located at center of the wheel.
3. Tight up the nut that assemble the shaft of the wheel with the body framework
properly so that the wheel will experience balancing during the movement.
4. Pour some viscosity oil into the shaft section inside the hole located at the center of
the wheel to reduce friction between shaft, bearing and wall of the circular hole of the
wheel.

Installation of the Electric Motor

1. Make sure to read and understand the instruction for handling and running the electric
motor.
2. Attached the electric motor and the battery at the body of framework.
3. Do not attach any cables or wires into the motor until the full assembly is completed.
4. Always clean any dirt debris from the electric motor during the installation of the
components.
5. Ensure that the joints of the motor are properly secured before start the electric motor.
6. Double check to ensure that the equipment is correctly installed and grounded in
compliance with relevant codes by a trained technician or manufacturer to follow
basic safety standards. The manufacturer is not liable for any damages caused by the
absence or inadequacy of an effective grounding system.
Installation of the Gear and Chain

1. Ensure the length of the chain fit the distance between the shaft of the electric motor
and the shaft of the front wheel.
2. Do not adjust the length of the chain too tight because it will increase the friction
which make the teeth of the gear wear easily.
3. Pour some oil into the gear and the chain to reduce the friction at the critical area of
contact.

Installation of Bucket

1. Placed the bucket at the upper part of the body framework.

2. Insert the bolt into the fitting hole to connect the bucket with the body framework.
3. Placed the nut and tight up the nut not very tight so that the bucket easily disassemble
from the body framework.
4. Make sure the bucket can move upward up into 50°to 60°from the body framework
for the unloading purposes.

Installation of the Gas Spring

1. Make sure the gas spring installed correctly based on the diagram shown below.
2. Make sure the gas spring can operate properly before the installation process. Ensure
the two gas springs have the same type so that the various parameters will be the
same.
3. Attach the gas springs between the body of framework and the bucket.
4. Make sure the angle of the gas springs is 45°from the body framework for the
unloading purposes.
5. Ensure the bolt and nut that assemble the gas springs with the bucket and body
framework tightly secured.
4.0 INSTALLATION FOR NORMAL AND INTENDED APPLICATION

Instruction for Electrical Components

1. Connect the wires/cables correctly to avoid the system from damage experience bad
performance.
2. Avoid the wires/cables and it’s connecter got exposed into the surrounding area by
secure it inside the insulator or enclosure.
3. Make sure the wires/cables have proper insulation before start connect it into entire
system.
4. Installed the battery correctly and make sure the battery’s enclosure near to the
electric motor so that the distance of wires will be reduce and make it easy to install
and taking care.
5. Components must be stored securely to protect against any corrosive element or
material that could cause any bending or deformation of the components.
6. Remember to check the motors before installation to ensure that there are no
contaminants and that the battery is in the correct place.
7. Often check the assembled part to ensure that the components are not loose so that the
wheelbarrow operates at its highest performance.
8. Check all connecting parts such as bolts, nuts and screws.

Instruction for Speed Controller

1. Installed the speed controller at the grip holder of the wheelbarrow so that the speed
of the wheelbarrow easy to control.
2. Adjust the speed of the electric motor into fixed speed which is 20 km/h for safety
purposes.
3. Ensure the cable from the controller that travel from electric motor through the body
framework are placed inside the hollow part of the body framework to avoid it expose
into the surrounding area and make the wheelbarrow have manageable design.
