SUBJECT: OFFER LETTER FOR THE POST OF JUNIOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER (BPS-14).

Having qualified the test conducted by the IBA Sukkur and on recommendation of the District Selection Committee
(DSC); you are hereby offered the post of Junior Elementary School Teacher JEST (BPS-14), according to the provision laid in
Recruitment Policy 2021 on the following terms and conditions:

1. PHYSICAL & CHARACTER ANTECEDENT: Your OFFER will be subject to Physical Fitness by the authorized Medical
Board/Officer and verification of character antecedents by the respective authorized police authority.
2. PAY: You will be paid monthly salary as per BPS-14 Scale
3. PLACE OF POSTING: You will have to serve at the school mentioned in your posting order for three years under the
jurisdiction of Directorate of School Education / District Education Officer concerned.
4. COMPLIANCE OF RULES /INSTRUCTI ONS: You will abide by the Rules, Regulations and Instructions issued from
time to time by the Competent Authority / SE&LD. In case of noncompliance/observance, you will be subject to disciplinary
action under prescribed rules. However in case of tendering the resignation, you will be liable to submit one month notice or
in lieu thereof one month salary to be remitted to government account.
5. LEAVE: Your services shall be subject to prescribed leave rules.
6. INDUCTION TRAINING: You are liable to undergo and successfully complete all the prescribed induction/in-service
trainings.
7. PROBATION: You shall be treated on initial probation for a period of TWO YEARS satisfactory completion of induction
training and performance as desired by the government.
8. OBLIGATION: You are liable to strictly observe the Code of Conduct and prescribed service norms notified by the
Government.
9. CONSENT/ WITHDRAWN/ CANCELLATION/ TERMINATION:

If the terms and conditions are acceptable to you, you should send written consent to DSE/DEO Office concerned
along with attested copies of all prescribed documents /testimonials including CNIC, Domicile, PRC-Form D and 2 Two recent
passport size photographs within 15 (Fifteen) days of the receipt of this offer letter , failing which the offer shall stand
cancelled/withdrawn.
i. Your consent to this offer letter, is subject to the receipt of “your medical fitness certificate and police
verification report regarding character antecedent” from the quarters concerned.
ii. This offer letter is subject to amendment/withdrawal/cancellation due to any error/claim or any other reason
conflicting with the government rules/policy.
iii. If you apply or try for your transfer from the place of posting before the completion of mandatory period of three
years on ay pretext (migration, illness, wed-lock etc), you will be liable to be dismissed from the service.
10. TA/DA: No TA/DA for joining of the post will be paid to you
