The lesson plan introduces verbs to students through a series of engaging activities. It begins with warming up students with a song. Students then review nouns from the previous lesson through a group word game. The teacher presents example sentences and guides students to identify the nouns. Next, the teacher introduces verbs as words that show action or being, and helps students identify the verbs in the example sentences. To further explain verbs, the teacher reads a story that contains many verb examples. By the end of the lesson, students are able to successfully define and identify verbs in sentences.
