Introduction
Water is one of humanity's most fundamental needs. Some communities now have their
own water district that supplies water to many residences. Water bills must be paid every month

uses evolving Mobile Technologies known as SMS and through online payment technologies,
over a solution which uses web applications to handle the organization’s day to day transactions
which will allow the water board to send bills to their consumers via SMS and consumers to pay
their bills using ATM cards. The burden on the billing is lessened and other new features have
also been introduced.
Consumer interaction with the organization is improved and consumers can easily view
their monthly water bills by login to the organization’s web site. The project's researcher have
provided a remedy to the aforementioned issues. The web-based water billing administration
system presented as a solution automates the processing and transmission of water bills. The
water bills will be sent directly to the registered house owner, eliminating the danger of them
being delivered improperly. The system will also create water bill data, which will be extremely
useful to water districts. The system will also function as a centralized database for billing
information, allowing for easy report generation. The solution would also help consumers
prevent late payments by sending them an SMS containing the bill's due date.
