ART OF SUPER-REALIZATION INITIATION SUPER-REALIZATION Posture and Preparation Necessary to the Currect Methods of Practicing the Exercises Given in This Lesson on the Great Art of Super-Reafization Preparation 1. Face cast, sitting un a straight, armless chair, over which a woolen blanker has been placed, rumning down under the feet. 2, Take a teaspoonful of melted butter (unsalted) or olive oil. This is to grease the throut, The buteer or oil should not he swallowed quickly. Sip it slowly.
