VII. Rationale:
Leadership development training programs have several very important benefits. They
increase students morale and retention, improve productivity, promote better decision making,
build better teams, and train future leaders in our school who have a management style that is
conducive to a positive working atmosphere. This leadership training will promulgate positive
outlooks in life to our student leaders .

VIII. Objectives:
1. Realize the importance of discipline to our student leaders.
2. To help students leader develop a positive mindset towards their goal and obligations

tulong or tanong. Kapag
tulong ang pinili nila,
makakalabas sila ng maze,
kapag naman tanong ang
kanilang pinili, maaari
lamang silang magtanong
na nasasagot ng Yes or no,
halimbawa: Malapit na ba
ako sa dulo? No or Yes ang
