NTell me about yourself

Good morning. I'm Joy. I’ve been making different types of stories for almost two
years, and they’re all based on my imagination or my intellect. When it comes to honing my
skills and expanding my knowledge, I watch a few videos on YouTube. I also help my family
run our business, which helps me strengthen my physical presence.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Well, I must say that I am persistent. I always make an effort to complete the work
that I have already started. Aside from that, I'm trustworthy and reliable, and I'll take great
delight in representing your company when interacting with everyone. I also have one issue
to work on that isn't actually a weakness. I'd like to overcome my doubts regarding my own
work. At times, my inner critic may be debilitating. I take pleasure in generating outstanding
work, yet I find it difficult to be pleased with it, which has resulted in stress. However, I am
willing to oppose this inner voice by taking care of myself and believing in myself.

Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

If given the opportunity, I envision myself working with you for the next five years, but
I also see myself as financially stable. I offer and provide for my family's needs while having
savings on the side. I will undoubtedly stay with you for a long time and continue to grow and
develop professionally in the current position or maybe higher.

Why should we hire you?

I believe that your company will surely prove to be an excellent platform for me to
share my skills and knowledge. Even though I am a fresher, I assure you that I will give my
best so that I can contribute as much as I can towards your company's growth.

What do you know about our company? Why do you want this job?
I knew I wanted to apply for the job as soon as I saw it offered online. Aside from
possessing the necessary abilities, talents, and attributes to be an efficient and
knowledgeable HR assistant, I was drawn to your company for two reasons. The first reason
is that I see you as a solid leader in your business with an excellent reputation. The second
reason is that you have a high percentage of staff retention. So this tells me that you are a
good company to work for.

What do you consider to be your biggest professional achievement in life?

I consider this interview as my first professional achievement in life because this
interview may be the next step in the process of getting the job that I really want.

Tell me about the last time a co-worker or customer got angry with you. What
happened?

Since , I've been assisting my family in running a business. There are a lot of people I
interact with, but the last time a customer got mad at me was because I forgot to double
check his surname, which is needed to encode to the smart padala system. So, it turns out
that I misspelt his surname. But I waited for him to calm down before I explained myself and
admitted that I made a mistake.
Describe your dream job

My dream job is to be the CEO of a large corporation that can provide opportunities
to people, particularly those who don't have an educational background but have skills that
can be applied to the work that they are applying for.

Why do you want to leave your current job?

I plan to quit my current work because I believe I am ready to take on additional

responsibilities. I think I've advanced as far as I can in my present capacity, and I'd like to
learn new skills that aren't necessary in my current position.

What kind of work environment do you like the best?

I appreciate working in a team environment where everyone has a strong feeling of

togetherness and a hard work ethic. I enjoy working with people who are knowledgeable,
kind, and witty, and who want to get things accomplished.

Tell me about the toughest decision you had to make in the last six months.

To be honest, when I was in junior high school, I was sure of what I wanted in my life
but when I became a senior high school student, I began to question my own decision. Did I
really want to go on this path or not? That was the question popping in my mind, even at
night. But then, days passed, months passed, and I was still undecided. So, I asked close
people around me, and I think that helped me choose my desired career. And that was the
toughest decision I had to make.

What can we expect from you in your first three months?

My aim for the first three months would be to become comfortable with your
company's operations and procedures. I will ask a lot of questions and spend plenty of time
learning as well as working.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I'd like to do things that can boost my confidence as a woman and do things that can
make me happy.

How do others describe you?

Other people describe me as a reliable person because I can be trusted with

something that is important or secret to them. They also describe me as a hard-working
person because I always make an effort at my work.

Tell me about a time you disagreed with a decision. What did you do ?

As I said earlier, I keep my mind open to the possibility of a situation like this. I'm
making sure that my co-worker is also open to communicating with me. so that we can make
a good decision.
How do you handle failure?

I tried to take each failure as a learning experience, but there were times when I got
emotional about the mistake that I'd made. After that, I'll attempt to come up with a solution
and remain as optimistic as possible, because there's always a new goal to strive for.

How do you describe your leadership style?

I'd define my leadership style as democratic because I'm always striving to empower
individuals and get them involved in the HR department's decisions.
