Note; It is critical that before changing any setting on a Terex excavator, the effects that change will have on
the safety and performance of that excavator needs to be fully understood, prior to making that change.
The following information is to be used a guide for the use of the Terex EDS program.
Overview: EDS (electronic diagnostic system) is a tool for the monitoring, programming, recording, downloading and as an aid for fault diagnosis of the
Terex/O&K electronic, hydraulic and lubrication systems.
Other than the EDS program, the correct cabling and cabling programs will be required.
• Please note before the installation on the EDS program all older versions of the program will need to be removed

• When a connection has been established, the
communication with the system
can be checked via “Add on” button.

1. DOWNLOADING THE BCS
• To downloading the error storage and the excavator systems configuration (Complete dump).
