Estimated Top Of Descent (TOD) Formula: approach @ ~ 3.000 ft above destination airport elevation or
(Cruise Altitude – Destination Altitude) x 3 = TOD in NM Out use proper procedure altitudes

→ complete Inoperative Engine Securing (see above)

During Flight
→ maintain at least 66 KIAS
→ identify Inoperative Engine (see above)
→ Propeller FEATHER (Inop. Engine)
→ Aileron Trim to obtain 2 – 3° Bank towards operating engine
→ close Cowl Flaps (Inop. Engine)
→ open Cowl Flaps (Op. Engine) to 1/2
→ complete Inoperative Engine Securing (see above)

One Engine Inoperative Landing
