PM Check List - CB & Busbar

The preventive maintenance report summarizes the inspection of a circuit breaker. It lists the specifications of the circuit breaker, the tasks checked such as cleaning, greasing, and cable tightness. Function tests were performed including electrical, mechanical, and indication tests. Measurement tests of insulation resistance, contact resistance, and timing contacts were also conducted. An interlock test checked functions like preventing closing with tripping orders. Pictures were taken to document the maintenance work.
