Tambaram Taluk, (now Sholinganallaur taluk) Kanchipuram District,
measuring a total extent of 3.153 Acres or 57.23 grounds (approx.) or
137345 Sq.ft. or thereabouts, (total land 3.503 acres minus OSR Land
gifted to CMDA 0.35 Areas) and bounded on the:
North : Land retained by M/s Yekediar Farms Pvt ltd (land owners)
in Sy no.248/3B1A1
East: Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR) & OSR land in Sy no.248/3B1A1 pt
West : Lands in Sy nos.236, 237, 239 to 241, 244 & 245.
South : Lands in sy nos.248/3B1A2 & 249/1A & two OSR lands in Sy

The balance in Canara Bank, Lalbagh West Branch, Bangalore in S.B. A/c
no.06841029808, which stands in the name of deceased
Sri.C.R.Sandararajan shall be distributed equally amongst all the parties
herein.
Item No.2
Balance amount available in all other banks accounts, which stands in the
name of the deceased Sri.C.R.Sundararajan except the bank account
mentioned in Item no.1 shall go the Party of the First party, Smt.Vanjula
Sundararajan.
