1. Tell me about yourself

Answer: I’m a fresh graduate, I took BS in Computer Engineering. I


specialized at hardware tech, before graduating I have experienced being
a student assistant during the summer on the University of Perpetual Help
System Dalta, I have chosen this field of study since I really love
computers specifically hardware my uncle is the biggest reason, he has
given me motivation to be one. I have seen your goal as a company and I
David Matthew A. Mendoza want to be a part of your journey to get that
achievement. Believe me when I say you will not regret hiring me as a
Tech Support since I am confident that I am one of the best of the best

2. What do you know about our organization?

Answer: I am new on this industry and have researched many


organizations but I have known your company a couple of years now,
since this is the first company that I got interested in and was willing to
give my all I have studied the company’s goal. I am also interested to
know more about the company it is truly an honor just to be here getting
interviewed.

3. Why do you want to work for us?

Answer: Like I have said I did study the company’s goal and yes I do
believe in it, but also I did see that your company is in need of a Hardware
Technical Support and that got me excited since I myself specialize on the
Tech-Support area and a plus side is that an opportunity for me to be on
Company that I would like to start contributing to. And I believe that my
skills are well suited but also I can show why you wont regret hiring me, I
am interested to be a part of the journey of this company achieving the
goal.
4. Why should we hire you?

Answer: As a fresh college graduate yes indeed your company is looking


for a Hardware Technical Support and yes I am well suited for the position.
But I also know what I’m lacking is career experience however you haven’t
explained that it’ll be a bonus if it has a leadership quality but like I said I
studied the company as well as what the company is looking for, well your
in luck since, I have an experience leading different types of groups in the
Tech-Support area and with those groups have not failed to lead them to
success, with the experiences I got I have also learned to be patient with
the members. Learning to multi task and I can prioritize responsibilities. If
chosen this role, I will not stop but to deliver just high quality of work for
the success of the organization.

5. What do you look for in a job?

Answer: This will be the biggest step of my entire life and a big challenge.
But I want to be pushed and challenged hence one of the reason why I am
applying to this company since I know it’ll enhance my capability and
develop my learning. I would like a job where I gain a high sense of
achievement valuing time, I don’t like my time to be spent me not having
an achievement. working and growing as a person along side with
colleagues that I work with and the organization, Lastly I would like a job
where I will be trusted to deliver my leading skills as well as my Tech-
Support objectives. This is a good opportunity since I am looking for a
company with an ambitious company that wants to continually innovate,
that is always open to learning and improving.

6. Please give me your definition of the position for which you are being
interviewed.

Answer: The role that I am applying for is the Hardware Technical


Support. This profession is responsible for maintaining and repairing a
company's hardware systems, such as desktop computers and
motherboards. It can also help a company install new computer systems,
debug any hardware issues, and monitor the systems for any
abnormalities.
7. How long would it take to make a meaningful contribution to our firm?

Answer: I am a Man who always learns to adapt fast but being realistic. I
might make a meaningful contribution around maybe 2months minimum
and three months max. Since I’ll be learning more about the company I
would love to adapt fast but steadily and consistent. To have a meaningful
result.

8. How long would you stay with us?

Answer: As you are aware, I am a recent graduate, and this company has
always been my top objective to join. If I am chosen for the role, it will be
an honor. However, I intend to remain with the organization for as long as
we both benefit from our working relationship, recognizing my work and
potential.

9. What important trend do you see in our industry?

Answer: I know that in this organization, is known for its “Virtual Reality”
and “Smart Technology” and since the pandemic it did rise ratings for the
gaming industry and its virtual reality it also has already started to become
popular due to new technology, which improves the manner in which the
industry can grow. as well as the smart technology not just for gaming but
for school learning and most specially, as a result of smart technology
being utilized and chosen in houses, homes are getting smarter. Simple
technologies like Alexa have become indispensable in many homes, and
this trend is expected to continue in the coming year. And it is an amazing
opportunity within the future years, even if it’ll be a challenge since many
organizations are in this industries but I believe that this company is the
best among the rest.

10. What do you feel this position should pay?

Answer: Since this will be my first official work in this industry I


understand that the range for the position that I will be applying is between
₱21,500 and ₱33,000. I believe that whatever you offer will be a fair
amount for a person with my qualifications. And yes I would love to be
compensated fairly for my qualities and experience. I’d expect a salary of
₱24,500 but I am open to discussing specific numbers with you.
