Subject:- Request for leave due to brother’s marriage ceremony

Respected Sir,

I, Afaque Noor Brohi, want to inform you that due to the marriage ceremony of
my brother. I need a leave for 10 days, i.e from 9june 2022 to 19 th june 2022.

Being the elder brother I have the responsibility for making all the arrangements
for the wedding. Moreover, the ceremony will take place in Hyderabad.
Therefore, I will not be able to attend university for 10 days.

I hope you will consider this matter and grant me leave so that I would be able to
participate in this ceremony.

We are five siblings and all of us are studying in different private colleges and
universities. My father is the only bread earner of the family , Moreover his
income is very low. Therefore, it is very difficult for him to pay for my fee.

I hope you will consider my application and grant me fee concession, so that I
would be able to continue my studies.
