Course Title: Special Topic 1
Pre-requisite: None
Credit Unit: 3 Units
Contact Hours: 3 hours/week (18 weeks, 54 hours total)
Course Description:

It is a compilation of at least ten (10) modules. In this course it will give every teacher
education institution an opportunity to select current issues and topics not included in
the other professional education courses but are seen important and highly relevant to
its mission and vision.

Course Objectives:

At the end of the semester, the students are expected to:

1. To align teacher education with the National Competency-Based Teacher Standards.


2. To contribute to the formation of the ideal professional teacher as concretely
described in the 7 integrated domains of the teaching and learning process.
