Key Job Responsibilities:


* Emergency Handling in Black out condition, Plant tripping condition, any type fault &
breakdown conditions arrested and revived the CPP asap.
* Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of total power plant and run stable and efficient
BOP.
* Supervision in commissioning activity of Leakage test of Air & Gas path, Alkali of
boiler,Refractory dry out, DP test of Boiler Pressure Parts, Steam Blowing ,etc.
* Knocking the higher management for critical speare parts which are required in future for
plant operations and maintenance regarding PO, Indent copy etc.
* Responsible for Hot & Cold light up of the AFBC/Oil Fired boiler.
* Field equipment checking.
* Running DCS parameters checking and daily log sheet checking .
* Water & coal analysis monitoring.
* Supervisions of Coal mixing in coal yard.
* Handover the running job to the next reliver and issuing permit.
* Responsible for making checklist and punch list.
* Conduct daily review meeting with all departments to continuously monitor/measure the
benchmarks, performance and analysis test data, take corrective action in order to
achieve desired level of technical performance.

3. Captive Power Plant at Jamuria Asansol,WB/ RAIC Integrated Sponge &


Power(P) LTD, Under Sri Sai Power and Equipment as Sr.Shift Incharge from
April 20to March 22.( 22 TPH AFBC & 3*10 TPH WHB ,1*35 TPH ,18 MW)
Siemens Bleed Extraction Cum Air Cooled Condensing Turbine.

4. Captive Power Plant at Chari (Hazaribagh) Jharkhand Chintpurni Steel Pvt ltd as
Shift Incharge from June 19 to April 20.(53 TPH AFBC,1*10 MW). 30 TPH WHRB
boiler commission, 8.5 MW Siemens Bleed Extraction cum Air Cooled
Condensing Turbine Overhauling.
5. Captive Power Plant at (Akshara Papers Pvt Ltd at Pasuvpalyam Tamilnadu ) as a Shift
Incharge from April 2018 to March 2019 1x25 TPH AFBC Boiler & 1x4 MW Triveni
Bleed Extraction Cum Condensing Turbine .

6. Captive Power Plant at Mangal Sponge & Steel Pvt Ltd


(Bilashpur ,Chhattisgarh) Under Sri Sai Power And Equipment as a Boiler DCS
Engineer from October 2016 to April 2018 1x45TPH AFBC Boiler ,1x10 TPH
WHRB & 1x12 MW Bleed Extraction cum Air Cooled Condensing Siemens
Turbine .

7. Utility Division at GHCL Ltd Textile Division Valsad , Gujarat as Deploma


Engineering Training from August 2014 to April 2016, 1x12 TPH AFBC &
1X16 TPH Gas Fire Boiler .

Responsibility as DESK ENG


1) Boiler Desk Operation (45 TPH AFBC) with DCS and Boiler Control with EE Panels(6TPH,FBC).
2) Run the boiler with more efficiently to achieved a benchmark.
3) Daily log sheet maintaing with close observation on water analysis.

2014: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from PSBTE Malwa Polytechnic College ,
Faridkot Punjab with 62%. Schooling from Central Board of Secondary with 71% marks.

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

ACHIEVEMENTS

 Successfully commissioned (2*55 TPH AFBC, 2*10 TPH WHRB, 1*25 TPH Oil fired
Boiler).
 Combustion efficiency increased and boiler efficiency increased.
 Compressor load decreased by conveying line modifications.
 Cost savings by manpower regulated (30% less) with proper utilisation.
 KAIZEN improvement by ETP waste water used in ash slurry system.
 Load demand increased by installing Capacitor bank.
 Renovation and modifications of ECO, APH tubes to increased plant efficiency.
 Achieve safety awareness by maintaining 5S in CPP and awarded as a team leader of
Boiler department.
 Cost savings by old motors replaced or when rewinding needed, by IE1 class to IE3 class.
