REFLECTION ON CREATING PORTFOLIO

Looking back on this portfolio. I have realized just how much my writing has
improved since the beginning of my preparation of this portfolio. At first I’m not
confident of my work but while working on this I have learned a lot. This portfolio
was made so that I can show off what I have improved my writing skills. There are
many things I have learned about myself in this year or quarter. I have learned
that if do not over think my papers while I am writing them, and stop trying to
make them perfect, writing becomes much easier for me. The purpose of this
portfolio is not only to shows everyone how I have progressed as a student, but
also shows what I have learned about myself. The portfolio contains not only my
best works but also my mistakes and I’m not ashamed of that. In this portfolio I
have learned as a student we must need to be responsible and have self
confidence enough to finish our work. Because this provides efficiency and
effectively in the process of making portfolio. I learned to stay focused on the task
that I am doing. When I finish my portfolio I realized that the importance of hard

INTRODUCTION

This culminating activity portfolio will develop many skills and values
that would help learners as they transcend from high school to real world
experiences. The information and documents indicated in the portfolio can
be guide to continue what they are doing and proceed to their next
destination. It have the resume, application letter, job interview, surveyed
company rules and regulations, the personal traits and pack of reflections.
Portfolios can encourage students to take more ownerships and
responsibility over the learning process. This are a way for students to
critique and evaluate their own work and academics progress. Helping
students to “develop a love of learning”, become self-directed learners and
“have positive sense of self” are the most important goals to learn from
this portfolio.

REFLECTION IN WRITING RESUME

When I finished creating my resume, I have realized and learned that

since my resume is quite short ,I do not have too much feedback from my
peers I moved on to the starting sequence with education, then skills,
extracurricular activities and finally experience. I understand that the
purpose of this resume presentation is to impress recruiter, so they will
invite you to come to them. I want to thank to the people I encountered in
my life because I learned how to present my resume in the most logical
and persuade way. This resume give me lesson that relate to the field I
pursue, the skills I want to develop and the sense of responsibility in the
job.so overall writing resume reflected on my writing process. Preparation
is very important, I would not have in anything to put on my resume if I
had not prepared. I learned that revising and editing are two of the most
important steps of the writing process. Without them my work could have
errors, be weak or not include all the information that is necessary. I
learned that I’ll continue to grow. Taking a look back at where I’d come is
a powerful reminder that I continue to grow professionally. I learned that I
have more skills and experience than I think and also I have learned that
there’s always room for improvement.
REFLECTION IN WRITING APPLICATION LETTER

I’ve learned that through application letter it let the potential know
you better as a person and can add value to your background this letter
gives them the taste of who you are. when writing application letter, the
important things about us is the crucial part. It is not much but only few
nor important detail that can attract the ones who read the application
letter. I learned that we must just put the most powerful information and it
is better when the information is related to what we search for. This is
because with the application letter, there will be resume that already show
the details about us more. I also learned that every part is need to write
strategically and efficiently about ourselves in order to make sure that out
letter is good enough to attract the recipient. The letter of application gives
me an opportunity to demonstrate my writing skills. This is the best way

 Stabilo lending corporation was establish on November year 2019. This have 4 branches
in whole Bicol region those are Iriga, Daet, Libmanan and Naga city is where the main
branch is located.

 A corporation engaged in granting loans from its own capital funds or from fund sourced
from not more than nineteen (19) persons. It shall not be deemed include banking
institutions, investment houses, savings, loan association, financing companies,
cooperatives and other credit institutions already regulated by law ( section 3, republic
act no. 9474 or the lending company regulation act)

 Stabilo lending corporation grant loans in such amounts and reasonable interest rates
and charges as may be agreed upon between the lending company and the debtors.
Provided that the agreement shall be compliance with the provision of R.A no. 3765
(truth in lending act) and R.A no. 7394 ( consumer act of the Philippines)

 Stabilo establish as a stock corporation with the other words “lending company “ “
lending investors” or any other word descriptive of its primary activity of granting loans
to the public.
 RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. No lending company shall conduct business unless granted an authority to operate by

the securities and exchange commission (SEC). Section 4. R.A no. 9474 and rule 3 of its
implementing rules and regulations (IRR)
2. The lending company regulation act of 2007, which prohibits any person from engaging
or carrying out a lending business without the certificate of authority to operate from
the SEC.
3. Debtor shall refer to a borrower or person granted a loan by the lending company.
4. Subsidiary shall refer to a corporation more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock
of which is owned by the bank or quasi-bank.
5. Be honest at all times
6. Charges on loan shall refer to agreed upon interest rate, service charge, discount,
penalty and such other charges incident to lending activity.
7. Monetary assets shall refer to total assets inclusive of valuation reserves and deferred
income but shall not include investments.
8. Fair lending prohibits lenders from considering your race, color, national origin, religion,
sex, familial status or disability when applying for residential mortgage loans.
9. A lending company shall be establish only as a corporation existing lending investors
organized as single partnerships. Shall be disallowed from engaging in the business of
granting loans to the public one year after the date of effectivity of the law.
REFLECTION ON SURVEYED COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS

Company rules and regulations means a set of written policies made by the company’s higher
level of authority and bound to follow all employees and stakeholders, rules and regulations help the
organization protect from legal claims and establish a positive work environment in the workplace. Rules
help establish expectations and provide guidelines within which to conduct daily activities, they also
regulate compliance with local, state and federal agencies that govern your particular type of business
operation. The importance of maintaining rules and regulations are as keeping the employees safe,
following state and local laws, reinforcing company goodwill and credibility, ensuring a positive image
towards the customers. Rules and regulations are one thing which makes company, after the
manpower, it is the rules which define what type and how the culture of company goes. If there would

Job interview is formal meeting at which someone is asked questions in order to find out if
they are suitable for a post of employment. Employers conduct different types of job interviews
such as behavioral interviews, case interviews, group interviews, phone and video interviews,
online interviews and even interviews that held during a meal. When interviewing for a job
opportunity, many individuals experience anxiety and stress during the process. I can admit
that they do not retain the greatest interview skills. They shake uncontrollably and I find it
challenging to think and speak properly on the spot. The questions themselves do not represent
the stressor but rather the stress comes from knowing that the individuals in front of there
retains the ability to control their future career. The interview exemplify all or nothing situation.

Interviews are one of the most interesting ways to get to know how a person deals with
stressful situations and also about the job. the interview was actually much harder than I
thought. I really thought this would not be a big deal and I would not be so nervous, but I
surprised that most of the applicants are was much nerve wracking and intimidating to the job
interview. Tips to be successful on job interviews, do research about the job your applying for,
be prepared for common and unexpected questions, be ready to handle your thinking not to
affect because of being nervous, always think positive and don’t give up on your dreams
because it is not going in the direction you want, there are different routes to the same
direction. YOU ONLY FAIL WHEN YOU STOP TRYING.

A good time management system will reflect your unique make-up as an

individual, what you do for a day? This reason it is not possible to recommend a
single type of planner or system, because time management help you prioritize
your tasks so that you ensure you have enough time available to complete every
project. The quality of your work increases when you’re not rushing to complete,
if ahead of a fast approaching deadline. Daily time record (DTR) is the process of
monitoring and organizing time information, far from just being a way to monitor
the attendance of an employee. Having DTR system allows a company to
effectively manage its employees by providing adequate data. It also help to
manage your workload in the most effective way. When you have boxed tasks
your brain gets rewired to follow the structure and accomplish those activities
within the desired time-frame. So you can easily deliver work on time if you have
managed your time well. Efficient time management make a worker more
productive and it leads to improved efficiency and productivity, less stress and
more success in life. As long as you believe to yourself that you can do it or you
can do time management effectively enjoy having more time to spend on your
hobbies or love to do and other personal matters that is also need time to

The good personality traits that must demonstrate during work immersion
which is on pleasing appearance, courtesy, conduct industriousness and
reliability. the best way to remember are the good characteristics and skills of a
good employee are such as being professionalism, honest and have integrity,
good at problem solving abilities, dependability, reliability and responsible,
generous, creative, ambitious, knowing the why as well as the what. Also having
positive attitude and the willingness to learn. Those are some traits that
individuals must have on demonstrating work immersion, because understanding
one’s personality can help an employee modify behavior at work. Play to
strengths, improve on weakness, interacting with co-workers is more effective
and can ultimate lead to career success. Personality traits can matters for many
reasons, such as being how well a person’s personality fits the job, the team, and
the overall organization. Gaining an understanding of different personality traits
can help workers grow. Some personality patterns may be problematic if they
lead to issues such as poor attendance, tardiness or inattention to details.
However it is important for leaders or managers to remember all personality
traits that carry both positive and negative consequences. Traits are important
and interesting because they describe stable patterns of behavior that persist for
long periods of time. Importantly these stable patterns can have broad ranging
consequences for many areas of our life
