CRISPY KING DEPARTMENT

I. COMPANY BACKGROUND

ERT CORPORATION a home grown company started on bakery business way back 2001. On its
17 years of operation installed 32 branches of DAYKA bakery in Region VIII. The company also owns 26
branches of ESTONG manok and liempo which is now in 6 years of business. Last 2015 we open our first
branch of CRISPY KING in Ormoc City which has 38 branches located in different areas in visayas 20
branches in Leyte, 2 branches in Ilo-Ilo City, 4 branches in Samar and currently expanding 4 branches in
Cebu.

II. INVESTMENT

The total primary investment is P 350, 000.00 which will be use as capital of the upcoming store
and will be deposited under the name of the investor and the representative of the second party. Due to
we do not charge franchise fee we will require royalty 20% of net sales. We will also continue on our
part to guide you in your business.

III. TARGET MARKET

Our target market scheme:

MARKET A - 5% - can afford 500-1000 pesos per meal


MARKET B - 10% - can afford 300-500 pesos per meal
MARKET C - 15% - can afford 200-300 pesos per meal
MARKET D - 20% - can afford 100-200 pesos per meal
MARKET E - 50% - can afford 50-100 per meal

We usually target Market D and E consisting of minimum wage earner and students that can
only afford 50-100 pesos per meal and takes the most percentage in population. But in our experience
from MARKET A-C can also be a target market.
IV. TARGET LOCATION

The most preferable location is within the trade center that has the most foot traffic within the
vicinity. The hints are the loading and unloading stations of commuters, nearby schools, market and
commercial establishments.

V. DAILY GROSS SALES FORECAST

Expected daily gross sales may differ in area/location but it will range on P 10,000 – P 40,000.

VI. PRODUCTS

The retail price of products in every store:

i. CHICKEN - P 25.00/piece
ii. RICE - P 10.00/piece
iii. NECK - P 10.00/piece
iv. SIOMAI - P 30.00/set (4 pieces)
v. NGOHIONG - P 8.00/piece

Crispy King Commissary Cebu will supply the products aside from siopao and porkchop will be
discussed further.
