Title: How to Operate Printer
Performance Objectives:
Given the equipment and manual and the workplace, you should be
able to demonstrate how to operate printer according to manufacturer’s
manual within 2 hours and following safety protocol.
Tools: Manufacturer’s manual, PPE
Equipment: Desktop computer, Printer
 Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
 Check if the ink level is enough before printing.
 Purt some paper on the paper tray.
 Plug the power cable and press power on switch.
 Insert USB cable of printer to Personal computer.
 Install the printer driver if its not installed in your PC.
 Check the printer if it is recognized or properly installes, it will show
to your printer list.
 Open the document you want to print.
 Press CTRL+P to print or printer icon on the application, then wait
for the printing to finish.
