-It will use 30kw and 1000 litres for process and 1000 litres for the cooling tower

The internal height of the building

- We will have a closed construction only in the boiler section, which will have a height of 8 meters.

How many skilled workers?

- A qualified chemical technician for the laboratory. For the operational area to be qualified in safety and work
standards.
If technicians come to set up the machine when it is ready

Will they start it when it is set in place

- Exal offers assembly and start-up assistance, in the start-up phase there are 3 stages: there is the preparation
phase, fermentation, and distillation.

If the production is based on corn, how much of the finished alcohol is from a ton of corn, there is something else used in this

process to get the product

- The yield is 380 to 400 liters of alcohol per ton of corn, which can vary according to the quality of the corn. The
distillation residue can be used for animal and feed production.

Whether you make a plan of the facility or if you need electricity and water in the right places

how much water purity is needed regardless of whether the drinking water is sufficient or needs to be extra filtered

If we can get pictures of such a facility installed to help us orient ourselves better

- Exal performs the installation design with international standards, but the execution has to be done by a local
supplier, in order to be adequate to the local standards
