In life skills training, facilitators are actively involved in a dynamic training and
learning process. This process facilitate active involvement of the participants, which
include working in pairs or small groups by means of mock sessions, brainstorming, role
plays, games and debates. Our unique transformation process on the designed skills is
structured based on the behaviour modelling technique scaled with human touch
providing a euphoric experience for the trainee.
The break-up of sessions in all value added methodology of the training program are as
