MINUTES OF TEACHERS’ CONFERENCE

Lonoy Elementary School teachers together with the School Principal, Mrs. Elizabeth B.
Collano, met for an emergency meeting last Friday, February 11, 2022 at 1: 30 pm. The meeting
was held at Mrs. Evangelista’s classroom.

The meeting started officially at 1: 42 in the afternoon with a prayer by Mr. Carlo T. Campos.
This is followed by the School Principal formally opening the meeting with the following
agenda:
- Weekly Home Learning Plan
- Classroom Program of teachers for limited Face to Face classes.
- Alternative work arrangements of teachers.
- Possible opening of limited face to face classes.
- Classroom preparations
- Official time in reporting to school.
- Number of Enrolment from Kindergarten to Grade Six.
- Reorientation of parents on the Pilot Implementation of Limited Face to Face classes.
- Appropriate dress code of school teachers and staff.
- Proper parking of vehicles
Mrs. Collano, spokes about the agenda of the meeting. She tackled about the weekly home
learning plans wherein the signatories are the adviser, the Master Teacher and the School Head.
Then she proceeds with the class program of teachers for the possible limited classes and that
there should be a daily disinfection in each classroom the advisers must tap their respective
HRPTA officers, while the general disinfection will be facilitated by the BLGU every Friday.
The teachers from Kindergarten, Grade I, Grade II, Grade III, Grades IV-A & IV – B, and the
Grade VI will report to school from 7: 00am – 12: 00 noon daily. For those advisory classes who
have no classroom like Grade IV-C, Grades V – A and V – B, will also be reporting daily and
will assist in the implementation of the limited face to face classes. She also announced some
possible visitors for ocular inspection.
The discussion with regards to the new schedule of the Alternative Work Arrangement of
teachers was discussed by Mr. Edelberto B. Collano Jr., Grade VI teacher.

Then the discussion was followed by the possible opening of classes the prioritization of
Kindergarten to Grade 3 in the first implementation of limited face to face classes, then the
classrooms to be used as isolation and clinic will be Mrs. Jurillas’ classroom (Gr. I – A) and she
will took over Mrs. Gloria’s classroom (Gr. V – A) for her advisory class to participate while
Mrs. Flores another Gr. I teacher who happens to be in a temporary classroom will take over Mr.
Masbang’s classroom (Gr. V – B), another Mrs. Quirante who is temporarily occupying the E-
classroom will not participate in the implementation together with the two grade five advisers but
they will help in the implementation, e.g., they will facilitate the traffic flow in the triage or see
to it that the health protocols outside each classroom is followed. The teachers also agreed to
have a reorientation of parents for the possible opening of classes, they will also be given
responsibilities with regards to the requirements given for the implementation to take place.
Teachers are obliged to wear their respective DepEd uniforms and for those who have service
vehicles were given a space as parking for their service vehicles.
An open forum was followed in each agenda taken.
The meeting was formally closed by Mr. Rodelio R. Molabola, Lonoy ES Teachers’ League
President.
