Introduction:
My name is Ali Khalil S/O Khalil Ahmed resident of Islamabad, The Capital of
Pakistan. I am a respectful citizen of Pakistan and I abide by all laws and regulations
of my country. I have a motivation for seeking high class education. That was the aim
of my life. I am very near to my goals which I have made few years back. Now it is
important to me to upgrade myself for further growth. Hence, I strongly feel to learn
the higher degree research program to keep myself up to speed with the latest
knowledge and skills so that I can do justice to my chosen profession and serve my
home country.

Education & Professional Experience Details:

I am brilliant student all through my educational career. I have done Secondary
School Certificate from Federal board of intermediate and secondary education. I
finished this on June 29, 2009. My institute for Secondary education was I.M.C.B I-
8/3 Islamabad.

Then the Higher Secondary education I completed my Intermediate Computer

Science (ICS) from Federal board of intermediate and secondary education. I earned
the certificate of HSSC on December 12, 2012. I have done this from a very popular
college named as Punjab College.

Then I have done a diploma of Business Management from a private institute in

Rawalpindi named as Internik Academy (certificate attached). In which I have
learned the basics of Business administration that how organizations are managing
their operations. It was 8 months program. I started this program on December 01,
2012. I have earned the certification in July 29, 2013.

Then for some practical experience I moved into the market to do some job, then I
started my internship with “A.N.ASSOCIATES” for 6 months. After my good
performance they hired me as a permanent employee at the post of Assistant
management officer. My task was to assist Operations Manager in their tasks, my
core duties were to Manage the documents of all the shipments of the year, Order
tracking, Take follow ups from our potential customers.

I have done this job for 10 months as a permanent employee and 6 months internship
which make a total time period of 16 months from September 2013 to December 2014
(Evidence is attached). After that I realized that with this level of education I can
never be promoted to the higher positions. For this purpose I then decided to go for
higher education.

Then in January 2015 I got admission in Bachelors of Business administration (BBA)

in a very good university of Pakistan that is Capital University of Science And
Technology. It is very famous for Management sciences. My transcript which is
attached, shows all the courses I have done during all the 8 semesters of my
university. It took me 4years to complete my BBA. And now this year in the January
2019 I just completed my BBA with 3.00 CGPA out of the scale of 4.00. My last exam
was on January 23, 2019. Degree requirements were completed on January 30, 2019.
I statrted unpaid internship at Mamango PVT. Ltd as Management Intern from
March 27th, 2019 to till date.

Now I am looking forward to do Masters in Project Management to boost my career

and to serve on higher levels of organizations and the practical work I have done with
“WWC” was really helpful for me to understand better in the university while
studying BBA. I have studied the basics of project management in my BBA program.
I really found that course of my interest, so I decided to take as my specialization. I
would love to see myself as a Project manager in the future.

I have appeared for IELTS on 13th April, 2019 and got 6.5 Bands overall while
individual scores are variant in each module i.e., Listening 6.5, Reading 6.5, Writing
6.0, and in Speaking 6.0. (Evidence is attached).

I also certify that I don’t have any previous immigration history or visa rejection
history till to date moreover it is also stated that My family also don’t have any
previous immigration history or visa rejection history till to date.

Travel History:

My travel history includes a visit to United Arab Emirates (UAE) back in 2016. My
exit from Pakistan was on February 6, 2016 and return was on February 14,
2016. Total duration of stay in UAE was of 9 days.
Why Not Pakistan:
Prior to deciding Australia, I have done research on many Universities of Pakistan
like Bahria University, COMSATS University, SZABIST, National Defence
University, NUST etc. all these universities offer MS Project management and as I
researched about the details I found that the course contents are not up to date.
Although the courses were available in the form of an individual degree but no
university in Pakistan is offering the course combination that has been offered in CQ
University.

In Pakistan the qualification standard is not high in comparison with abroad and
Pakistani degrees are also not worldwide recognized. Pakistan has a lot of
universities which provide quality education but, still our universities are not
considered even in the top 500 universities of the world. Foreign universities struggle
with one objective of quality education and take as much part as possible in the latest
going on discoveries and inventions. That’s the reason a great number of students
want to go abroad for studies. Another reason for not studying this program in
Pakistan is the high competition in jobs. An employer always gives preference to the
person who has studied from abroad.

Quality of education in pakistan is not as good as education provided in foreign

countries. Education in Pakistan has so far been incapable to equip the students with
levels of learning that would enable them to compete in international or even local
labor markets. Degree earned in Pakistan internationaly has no value. Pakistan is
one of only 12 countries in the world that spend less than two per cent of its GDP
on education. Pakistan is facing number of drawbacks in its education system. Today
our education system does not offer the environment and opportunity of one and equal
system of education. The main problem is the inequality in public and private
education sector of Pakistan. There are many systems working in the country which
result in conflict and social division. Another important reason of the failure of our
educational system is less trained faculty. New techniques of teaching and materials
to make lessons more interesting to the students have not been adopted. One of the
chronic problem of our education system is the shortage of teachers. The number of
teachers has been gradually increasing but it does not match favourably with the
number of students and there is a gap between the students and teachers ratio.

Why Not UK, USA And Canada:

As I had searched the universities of UK, USA and Canada the fee structure is very
high their which is difficult to afford. Another reason for not selecting these countries
is the coldest weather because I have four weathers in my home country. In addition
providing world class schooling and affordable to all, the universities in Australia has
state of the art facilities and cosmopolitan environment that encourages students
from across the globe to come and study. Getting to study in Australia for me is
getting a quality education with a life time opportunity to explore the world outside
my country.

As a student, time is an irreplaceable resource. Due to high fees of institutions,

students have to do part time jobs, while doing part-time jobs, you'll be caught up
with juggling between the college and the working environment that will make you
tired and exhausted. USA is challenging and hard, due to which many good students
cannot be able to get admission in their course of interests which leads to deprivation
from their future goals that they want to achieve in their lives. Moreover, USA is
really expensive option in terms of living cost and tuition fee. You may even skip
classes to get some money and rest after work. While examining makes your
timetable busier. Assignments come and you'll be unable to do the course work. When
you see the due date moving toward quick, naturally the feelings of anxiety increment
where else of course. Getting into most prestigious and reputed universities of
Canada & USA is challenging and hard, due to which many good students cannot be
able to get admission in their course of interests which leads to deprivation from their
future goals that they want to achieve in their lives. Scholarship based admission is
realy hard to get espescially for international students. I did research on different
Universities of UK and found that the fee ranges between 18000 - 19000GBP and the
temperature ranges between -2 to 20C. Safety is another factor that needs to be
considered as Crime rates are also higher in these countries.

Why Study At Australia:

Now days, Australia is considered the third most famous destination for International
students in the English-speaking world. In addition, the academic and
accommodation expenses are affordable for me. The high-quality education prompted
me to choose Australia as a place for my future progress. Institutions in Australia
offer a wide range of courses and degrees, so it’s easy for me to find school and field
that are right for me. Australia has a reputation of adopting technologies at a faster
rate as compared to other countries because it has huge potential and human
resource ready to explore the new technological advancements and research.
Australia is one of the leading countries for providing excellent educational and
training facilities. I preferred Australia as my study destination because of its
excellent and advanced education system. English is primary language in my all
educational career so it will be easy for me to study in Australia because English is
their native language so, it will enhance my English skills. Fee structure is affordable
and easy availability of part time job is very beneficial for me. This beautiful
landscape has five different climatic zones as my own country. This degree from
Australia will help me for my future career, I can get well reputed job in Pakistan.
Moreover natives of Australia do not support racisms; they like to meet new people
from different societies. That is reason why I would like to study in Australia.

Why Central Queensland University and Not Other Universities:

I started to do search for MPM in different universities of Australia such as
University of Sydney, Swinburne University, Monash University, & Adelaide
University but I considered Central Queensland University as most suitable option
for me because of the following reasons like fee is affordable for me and it has a lot of
facilities for international students. I can enjoy a variety of teaching methods like
face-to-face lectures and tutorials. I have also searched about CQ University potential
supervisors and checked their profile. They are very competent and well experienced.
While studying in CQ University I will be able to learn the advanced research
techniques & methods. It will be helpful for my thesis completion as well as my
professional career. After getting degree from this university, I am sure that I can get
easily a white collar job in my home country. Moreover, my bright future is based on
CQ University because international degree has much more worth in my home
country. I have compared my fee structure with other universities and fee of CQU
was less as compared to other universities and they also provide scholarship to
international students that I availed & with scholarship my fee was $21,000. I have

About My Chosen Course:
As previously I have studied BBA which had similar subjects related to project
management I can say that my chosen course MS Project management is relevant to
my previous studies. Project management is about knowing exactly what your goal
is, how you’re going to achieve them, what resources you’ll need, and how long it will
take you to reach that specific goal. Project management’s goal is to make sure that
everyone involved in a project is aware of the purpose of the project. Project
management is the field of business administrative. Those students who wants to get
deep multidimensional knowledge this project management degree is the best for
them.

This is 2 years program called Masters in Project management. I am doing this course
after completing my Bachelors in Business administration. I have studied the basics
of Project Management in my Bachelors. The CQ University uses the conception of
credits to state the amount of study needed for a particular course and individual
units. The number of units varies between courses. Total number of Units are 16 and
total number of credit points are 96.

Number of units: 12 Total credit points: 72, Number of core units are 12,
number of electives are four and 1 additional unit which is either an internship or a
capstone project.

Project Management Concepts, Initiating and Planning Projects, Contract and

Procurement Management, Program and Portfolio Management Information
Systems.

estimate and budget, and make sure that everything gets done. If you are a skilled
worker in a specific industry, you have the opportunity to move easily into a PM role.
For example, after some PM training, a software developer can become an IT Project
Manager due to his or her technical expertise.

rozee.pk to check the future employability. There are various job sites that are
recognized. I have searched jobs at different job portals like ROZEE.COM,
INDEED.COM, MUSTAQBIL.COM and BRITESPYRE.COM and have pasted the
web links and screen shots for the job opportunities.

These are the areas or the requirements of an organization where they really require
a project manager. In Pakistan mainly organizations are outsourcing the project
managers, but at the same time many organizations have their permanent project
managers. So scope of this field is emerging vastly in my country. And most
organizations prefer project managers who knows the international standards, that
is the main reason I want to get this degree from abroad, so I can be the preference
of any good organization here in Pakistan.

I can work as Senior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Assistant Project

Manager etc in renowned companies of Pakistan like Cloudtek PVT Limited, Granjur
Technologies, Seronic Group, PepsiCo, Developer Desks Technology, Digitynx.
Inkstone Management etc.

With the Masters degree in Project mangaemnet there will be a wide range of job
opportunities available for me. There is a wide range of management projects in
Pakistan in different regions. This brings a lot of career opportunities for us. There
are a number of areas where we can easily build a successful career. The files that a
project manager can work with easily are construction, engineering, architecture,
computer science and telecommunications.

Project Management is also fallen on the list of highest paying jobs in Pakistan. The
salary of a project manager may differ from post to post and organization to
organization and it may vary from field to field. It is one of the best and leading
professions with the highest pay. In my home countries when it comes to job market,
preference is given to those who have International Degrees or International
Exposurein. In my home country International Degree holders are preferred over
Lacal Degree holder. Starting salay for Local Degree holder is 40,000 to 50,000 PKR
but for Internation Degree holder starting salary is 4 to 5 lac PKR. I can earn
whatever I will invest in my studies within 2 to 3 years as there is a great scope for
internationatal degree holder in my home country.

Information Source:

• I searched on different search engines like Google, Yahoo & Bing & compared
& contrasted various countries, universities & their ranking. After extensive
research, CQ University turned out to be the best option for me.
 • I searched various social platforms like Instagram & Facebook & joined
different groups from where I got reviews regarding various universities &
their facilities.
• I personally met a few students from who have read the same course from Pakistan
& Australia & compared their reviews. After discussion with my professors & reviews
from other students, I decided to go for CQU.

Incentives To Return Back To Home Country:

After the completion of my course I intent to come back to my home country, as it will
be easier for me to get a job here in Pakistan where I will be able to understand the
marketplace and environment. I would prefer to work in Pakistan with hefty amount
of salary and without leaving my parents, friends and relatives.

I belong to financially strong family, my father is a government employee as Director

Architecture in CDA (Capital Development Authority). He also has some property
which he rented out from where we also earn our income. He earns a very handsome
amount. And he is the one who is sponsoring me financially and morally to get high
level of education from Australia, so that when I come back, I could get a good job
here in Pakistan.

Social Ties:

During my study program in Australia, my parents will be in Pakistan. They are the
greatest source of attraction for me to come back to my home country after completion
of my degree. I am a patriotic person & love my country, its landscapes, people and
its culture. As I have my whole family in Pakistan, so I want to serve better to
Pakistan with modern skills that I will be getting from Australian. I am personally
interested in getting education & understand the visa conditions. I have strong family
ties in Pakistan with strong financial background. After completion of my degree, I
plan to serve my part as a true & patriotic citizen in Pakistan.

Financial Circumstances:
I belong to financially strong family, my father is an Architect and working as a
government employee as Director Architecture in CDA (Capital Development
Authority). He also has some Residential property which he rented out from where
we also earn our income. He earns a very handsome amount. And he is the one who
is sponsoring me financially and morally to get high level of education from Australia,
so that when I come back, I could get a good job here in Pakistan. Our monthly income
from all our income sources is approximately 605,000/- PKR.

Visa Conditions:

My Annual Living Expenses in Australia are 20290 $. I am fully aware of my visa

conditions defined by Department of Immigration and Border Protection as an
international student in Australia. The visa conditions for students are as follows:

• I must maintain 80% attendance thorugh out my study program.

• I have obtained OSHC to cover my health insurance which I must maintain
during my stay in Australia.
• I cannot work more than 40 hours per fortnight.
• I must tell my university, the address where I live in Australia within seven
days of arriving in Australia if I change the address where I live within seven
days of the change.
• I can not change my university for 1 year upon enrollment.
• I must maintain 50% pass grades throughout the study program.

Declaration:

After the successful completion of my Master’s degree, I will come back to my home
country because my family is in Pakistan. Moreover, I love my country, its diversity,
people and its rich culture. I responsibly proclaim that I have no aims other
than studying and after finishing my education, I will return to Pakistan. This
degree will empower me to start my career in a professional manner. Keeping
in view my passion for studying in Australia, I look forward for my acceptance as an
