Course Objective
At the end of this course,
 The student will be capable of managing networks including enterprise networks;
 Become accustomed to telecommunications management network protocol;
 Be able to understand communication network topology, dataflow and based on
the facts be able to optimize networks.
 Know network management architectures and protocols.
 Know different network management tools.

Intellectual and practical skills


 Students will be able to specify the requirements of network management protocols
and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the commonly used Simple Network
Management Protocol (SNMP).
 Diagnose problems and make minor repairs to computer networks using
appropriate diagnostics software
