Our proposed fees reflects the value we will deliver and are based on estimates of time that will be incurred for
each hiring project.

Hiring Option Rate


Direct Hires 20% of gross annual salary

Contract Hires Fixed hourly rate

Temp to Perm Hires 10% of gross annual salary when hired full time

Freelancers Fixed hourly rate

Payment Milestone
60% Mobilisation fees on sign-off of engagement letter

40% on submission of Final Report(s)

you’re not satisfied with our recommendation (terms and conditions apply).

• Our fees are exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses and VAT. Out of pocket expenses include local and international travel, hotel accommodation,
