Feb. 2022​to June 2022​ Segmentation of colorectal cancer images using deep learning
- Made research about the existing segmentation algorithms such as Mask-RCNN and Faster-RCNN
-Used the 100K histological images of human colorectal cancer and healthy tissue of the Zenodo platform
-Ran multiple CNN algorithms and evaluated their performance.

-Created a  CRUD  python application  used to demonstrate the 2 types of software testing (unit test, integration test ) 
-Created  a  CI/CD pipeline that includes 3 jobs: Test (Run Unit Tests and Integration Tests), Build (Build the Docker Image and push it to Dockerhub), Deploy (deploy into an EC2 instance )
