Everything from A to Z

How I started
I began dropshipping in 2017 by designing shirts, sweaters, hoodies,
hats, and socks. Without much knowledge of what dropshipping was and
how sales worked, I grossed about $1k over the course of 3 months before
I gave up. I dabbled in stocks, stock options, and real estate before I finally
came back to dropshipping in 2019. I was seeing a lot of successful Shopify
online stores and I could not figure out how it was being done until I
randomly watched Youtube videos about marketing, products,
suppliers/vendors, influencer marketing, shopify apps, and more. A whole
new world opened up. I hit $43,378 in sales from July 2019 - November
2019 (Shown to the right. This was really within 4 months because I
opened the shopify store in July but didn’t utilize it until the end of August
b/c I was using eBay). By February 2020, I was hitting $2k PER DAY. I’ve
built on this knowledge, incorporated the hundreds of hours of watching
videos, testing ads, and taking marketing courses into this one
Dropshipping Masterclass. Take your time. Go step by step and you’ll be a
successful business owner in no time. Enjoy!

This is not a get rich quick scheme. It requires work and passion to manage an online store
before it becomes automated and runs it self. The reward can be high for owning a profitable online
store. I’ve seen a store that earned $5k a month in sales be sold for $15k on Flippa.com. Yes, there
are people who only build dropshipping stores to get enough sales so that they can sell them for
large sums of money. The possibilities are endless.
This course was created to inform the average person on how to build a successful
dropshipping business without having any prior knowledge, but the value packed in this course can
also help an expert. Whatever your experience level is, I can almost guarantee that you’ll learn
something you did not know before.
You will see me endorse the hosting website, Shopify, a lot in this course. It is the only website that
I use to host any stores. Shopify.com is my favorite store host because of the super simple layouts.
You can literally create a website within 30 minutes using one of the preset themes.
A theme is a website template that Shopify lets you choose based on how you want to display your
products. It is easy to set up and use, plus the app integrations are the best in the industry. You can
add the Facebook and Instagrams apps so you can sell directly from those platforms. The analytics
provided by Shopify about your audience will help you garner more sales when running ads.
There are apps that will allow you to dropship your own clothing brand designs (which I’ll provide
for you). Also, whenever a customer visits your website or buys from you, it automatically starts an
email list for you to market to.
I could go on and on but I figured this is a good time to get into the information! Alright, let’s go!

How to Strategically Present & Price Products
If you picked your products from an app connected to your Shopify store, then you can just push the products to
your store automatically from that app. It will include the price, pictures, and a description. You should
definitely edit the price and description before pushing the products to your store..
If you pick your products from a supplier that isn’t on the Shopify App Store, then you’ll need to copy and paste
their pictures & create your own descriptions (make sure you don’t include their logos). Go look at some of your
favorite website’s products descriptions. I’ve noticed men like the product benefits simple & straight forward.
Women love to read & indulge in what they’re buying so a beautifully typed product description can go a long
way with women.
So you’ve found a product, you know how much it's going to cost you, now you want to determine how much
you should sell it for. When pricing your product, factor in shipping cost so you can offer free shipping because
the shipping cost is already built into the price. Free shipping can be a main promo or selling point. You also
want to look at what the product is going for on other stores.
Remember you don’t want to price yourself out of a sale because of it being too cheap or too expensive. People
equate good quality with a fair price so don’t cheat yourself & price everything too low. But you also don’t want
to be selling a $10 item for $500. Find a happy medium.

Setting Up Your Shopify Store
Go to Shopify.com and sign up for the free 14-day
trial. Click “Apps” on the left menu. Then click “Visit
the Shopify App Store”. Search for Oberlo and add it
to your store. You can now search for products and
add them to your store.
Tip
Send the link to close
friends & family for
feedback on the site
before you launch!
Browse the Free Themes and see which one would display your products best. After you’ve picked your
theme, when editing, change the layout colors to something that goes with your logo colors and is easy
on the eyes when viewing your products. Click through all of the settings and play around to make a
beautiful landing page.
The first thing I want to see when clicking a website link is a picture of the product/brand that is so
stunning it grabs my attention and makes me keep scrolling because I’ve become so interested and
curious in this product/brand. After I’ve scrolled no more than half way down, I want to see why I should
buy from this company (company introduction or mission statement, company history, etc. I need to see
something reassuring. Then by the end of the page, I need to see things that seals the deal (shipping
policy, return policy, contact form, etc.
Click “Apps” on the left side of the home screen then “Visit
Shopify App Store”. Download these from the Shopify app
store. These apps will help your site convert website traffic
into sales. Spend some time looking around the app store.
You’ll be surprised at what you find for free!
How to Create Winning Ads
Scroll down your social media feeds right now and see which ads catch
your attention. Study the ads that make you look at the photo long
enough to be interested in what they are selling so you read the caption,
then eventually click the link.
The ad was mostly likely simple, precise, and informative. Use canva.com
to add text to your product photos that describe any features/benefits
of the product or the benefits of taking a look at your store. For example,
“10% off only today” or “Biggest selection of women’s shoes” plus a call
to action like “Shop now. Don’t miss out on today’s sale”. The image on
the top is a great example of a Facebook/Instagram ad.
Ads that you pay influencers to post on their page can be a bit more
specific when trying to target a specific audience. Things like
“Black-Owned” or “Military Vet” are good to put on these ads like the
bottom image.
Influencer Marketing
The most effective and cheapest way to get your ad in front of the most people is
through influencer marketing. An influencer is a brand or person that has a large
social media following (10k or more). You can use niche pages or individual
people. You pick an influencer to use based on what you’re selling. For example,
you’re selling women’s clothes, pick a fashionable influencer or a niche page that

You can use their

just fake pages or comments.
When contacting a page that you like, keep it short and simple:
“Hello! Love your page! What are your promo rates?”
If the page isn’t that big, you can also offer to send a free product in exchange for
free promo.
Influencer Pricing
10k - 50k followers: $5 - $15
I suggest not going over these pricing limits for ads. If one page is too expensive,
there’s always another one within your budget.
Facebook/Instagram Ads
I do not recommend trying to run these types of
ads if you have a small budget. The way
Facebook/IG have set up their ad platform makes
it hard to reach paying customers without having a
lot of money to test out analytics and audiences.
Set up payment methods (PayPal is mandatory). Add your shipping and return policies.
Set up a Gmail for the store and use that to set up the PayPal.
List products from Target.com, Walmart.com, Home Depot, Amazon, Lowes, etc. (Fast shipping, good quality)
Products that are selling on eBay: Toys, tools, clothes, sneakers, baby supplies, TVs, bluetooth headphones, workout equipment.
Stick to items $50 or less to gain eBay’s trust then gradually start selling higher priced items.
Copy the store’s pictures & description (without their logo) into the eBay listing description, add model # (if any). Make sure
you’re selling at a profit.
Copy customer’s EXACT shipping address into the store when you order & ship item to them. Make sure there’s no
receipts/invoices in the package.
You can create as many listings as you want. See what sells. Rinse & repeat.
*Extra Tip: Once you make enough, you can hire someone on Fiverr.com to post listings for you all day.
