Private Limited ("Techron"). Currently your base of operation is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This offer of
employment is made based on Indian laws. We trust that with your knowledge, skills, and experience, you will

in your career with us.

We offer you gross compensation at an annual rate of INR. 409716 payables over twelve months. The break-up of
your total gross compensation is detailed in Annexure A. The Company may, at any time, review and/or restructure
the compensation package.

A formal Appointment Letter will be issued on your joining our organization which will be on or before
20 July 2022 Please submit the following documents, on or before the date of joining.

 Photo Identity and Address Proof (both present and permanent residences).
 Certificates of all Educational Qualification.
 Experience Certificates and Relieving Letters from all previous employers.
 PAN and Aadhaar card copy.
 Scan copy and hard copy of a passport sized photograph.

This offer of employment is contingent upon no adverse information being obtained during reference checking
with previous employers and satisfactory completion of Techron's pre-employment background screening process.
If you fail any of the above checks, validation or approval, or do not cooperate or provide assistance in undergoing

such checks, validation or approval process, this offer will immediately lapse without any claim against, or liability
to, Techron.

By accepting this offer you confirm that there are no contractual or other legal impediments which may prevent
you commencing employment with Techron. Upon acceptance by you, this offer shall form the employment
agreement between you and Techron.
