The British Government recently announced that it would be spending a
massive £ 71 million researching phobias, a medical phenomenon which is said
to affect more than 16 million Britons. According to the Royal College of
Psychiatrists, one in 10 people will suffer a debilitating fear at some point in

of snow, but it’s in the area of social phobia that the greatest problems lie. And
