Performance-Task

1. Construct your own educational goals based on local or national standards.


The main education goal in Vietnam is "improving people's general knowledge,
training quality human resources, and nurturing and fostering talent."

2. Answer the written assignments at the end of each lesson (refer to uploaded
eBook on Educational Models, Paradigms and Procedures)

3. Group Activity (composed of 5 members). Make a matrix on the significance


of educational goals in regional and national level.

4. Create a group of five in your class to complete this exercise. At the end of
this process, you should be able to summarize and articulate 3-5 learning
outcomes for your program’s assessment plan.
(We skipped this part, sir.)

Step 1. Start with a discussion describing what a future educational manager


from your program which you should be able to demonstrate,
represent, or produce.
Step 2. Have each student write down 3-5 learning outcomes per group
Step 3. Conduct a video conference about your learning outcomes using a
facilitator. Combine all criteria on to one list and have each member
anonymously rank the outcomes as being very important, somewhat
important or not important. Discuss the results with your group and
repeat the process until consensus is reached.
Step 4. Map learning outcome statements to courses in the program to ensure
educational coherence. This will ensure that every student in your
group has sufficient opportunity to achieve every outcome.
Step 5. List your final set of learning outcomes and submit your output through
email/portal.
