communication, risk, resources, procurement, and quality)

Project quality management (PQM) is separated into three fundamental cycles: 

 Quality Planning

 Quality Assurance

 Quality Control (Tinnirello, 2016)

Updated Changes – Change Request (If Any)

The project change management board expects to bring straightforwardness,

responsibility, and detectability to all project changes carried out after the undertaking extension

and project plans have been baselined. It guarantees that changes with a massive effect in any

venture aspect are appropriately evaluated, settled on, and supported by a reasonable degree of

power.

Project Requirements – Updated

Some project necessities that should be characterized are the venture start date, scope,

Stakeholder Register – Updated
