Narrative Report of the


Groundbreaking Ceremony

Dr. Pablito V. Mendoza Sr. High School located at Malamig, Bustos, Bulacan was
founded in the year 2013. It was named to former Mayor Pablito Mendoza who is eager to build this
school. The school started with a population of around 100 students overall. As the years go by it was
increased to thousands of students. In order to accommodate students and to maintain the school
environment conducive to learning, the government of Bustos was provided another land area for the
construction of a 3- storey classroom building with 12 rooms and part of this they conducted a
groundbreaking ceremony as a signal of the start of reconstruction.

The program started at 9:00 am at the covered court of Dr. Pablito V. Mendoza Sr.
High School. Mrs. Anabelle Espiritu was conducted the singing of National Anthem and the Hymn of
Bustos. It was followed by the invocation of Mr. Edgardo D. Yumol Jr. Then the welcome address was
given by the strong and supportive leader of the school, Mrs. Isabelita S. Canoza. The next part was
the message of our guests regarding about the school. First Mr. Virgilio S. Paglinawan cited on how
this school established. Next Mayor Arnel F. Mendoza cherished how his father dreamed of building a
school. Also Cong. Gavini C. Pancho explained the importance of education and how the students
will achieve their goal in life.

In the end of the program, they went to the land area and placed the capsule
containing the land title and some coins into the soil. Honorable guests, teachers and students
witness on how the ceremonial performed. The program became successful through the help our
dearest guests together with the teachers and students. This is a shared vision of people for the
future of the next generation. This will be the start of making those dreams and visions a reality.
Mrs. Anabelle Espiritu conducts the singing of National Anthem and Bustos Hymn.

Mr. Edgardo Yumol Jr. leads the opening prayer for the invocation.
Kap. Virgilio S. Paglinawan gives his overview on how the school developed.

Counselor Gemar Aldrich M. Cruz speaks about the roles of government in


education.
Our government officials sign on the pledge of commitment that they will continue supporting
school projects.

Teachers, government officials and students are all there to witness the
groundbreaking proper.
