Tugtug Elementary School keeps working toward its goal of giving students
a top-notch foundational education while adjusting to the present adjustments
brought on by the pandemic. Teachers and learners feel that they are one
through the Project ELLICT initiative, despite their distance. This project was
initiated and implemented by the School ICT coordinator in her Grade 4-6
classes which was later on adopted by other teachers and implemented in the
whole school community with the approval and permission of the school head.
B. Objectives:
The primary goal of this program is to aid and support learners through
information communication technology (ICT) while adapting to the new normal
set up. Likewise, it also aims to provide learners with feedback that will help them
assess their own learning despite not having classroom interaction.
Terminal Objective
At the end of the school year, learners must be able to handle and adapt
to modular distance learning under the constant effort and supervision of
teachers in order to move on to the next grade level without receiving failing

C. Impact of Contribution/Innovation:
Upon the implementation of the Project ELLICT, there were 14 learners or 1.6%
of the total enrolment who dropped out from the class and 0 failure rate was
recorded at the end of the school year.
The data gathered from during the SMEPA presentation, revealed that during
the SY 2020-2021, dropped out rate was 2.5% while during the SY 2021-2022.
dropped out rate decreased to 1.5%. Furthermore, SY 2020-2021 has .48% failure
rate while SY 20221-2022 recorded 0% failure rate at the end of the school year.
The data gathered from SF6 (see next page), it shows that the academic
performance of the learners increased 12% based from their learning progress
and achievement.

D. Reliability of Contribution/Innovation
1. Replicability of the Innovation or Contribution
This project was first implemented in in KS2, during the first quarter of
the SY 2020-2021, and replicated or adopted by all teachers in their classes
from the 2nd quarter of the said school year up to SY 2021-2022 as
recommended and permitted by the school head.

This project, as per the comments of all teachers, learners and parents is
responsive to the needs of beneficiaries.
