PLAN TRAINING SESSION

1. What were the questions you ask you self when you started to write a session plan?
2. Where did you get the answer to your question?
3. Describe the components of your session plan?
4. What factor did you consider when you selected your training methods?

7. When preparing the assessment tools how did you consider the validity and its effectiveness?

FACILITATE LEARNING SESSION

1. Enumerate the activities you did before the arrival of the activities.
2. Enumerate the events that happened in this session. Make your list of series of teacher and
students’ activities. Do not elaborate the content of the lesson. Based on these events was your
lesson teacher centered? Provide reason for your answer.
3. Evaluate your choice of learning materials. State whether you like to change it or not to change
the next you facilitate the same lesson. Provides a reason for your action.
4. Describe the type of question you asked in the particular session. Why was it necessary to ask
this question?
5. How did you ensure the participation from your students?
6. What document did you use to help you manage the class activities? Describe the use of this
document. Would you recommend other types of documents that can be used to manage class?
7. During the interview and oral questioning, when the candidate’s answer is wrong. Do you
provide the answer immediately? Why?
8. What should be the bases of your assessment decision? If you are in that situation, what would
you do?
9. How would you provide feedback? In case the candidate does not agree with your decision,
