Sample Preliminary Pages (Quantitative Research)

This thesis proposal examines the performance of mathematics teachers in selected secondary public schools. The study aims to determine if there are significant differences in teacher performance based on gender, educational attainment, years of teaching experience, and school location. Data will be collected through a survey of mathematics teachers and school administrators and analyzed to test the null hypotheses. The results of the study could help identify areas for improving teacher performance.
