A Lesson Plan in Grade 1 Physical Education

(Grade 1)

 Content Standard: the learners demonstrate understanding awareness o body parts in


preparation for participation in physical activities.
 Performance standard: the learners perform with coordination enjoyable movements
on body awareness.
 Learning competency: describes the different parts of the body and their movements
through enjoyable physical activities.

I. Objectives:
At the end of the 40 minutes lesson, the students have:
a. Identify the parts of the body that used in senses.
b. Appreciate the used of the body parts though senses.
c. Demonstrate the uses of body parts also senses
