Terms of Agreement

1. The Client of ______ has voluntarily sought the services of the Service
Provider for software updating for activating the following facilities:-

a) Compare Fund (Will be sent to registered email id)


b) Model Portfolio (Will be sent to registered email id)
c) Tax Package (Financial Year Capital Gain, Dividend, Transaction and Valuation
Report) (Will be sent to registered email id)
d) Goal Tracking with your investments (Goal GPS) – Client needs to provide the
inputs to ____________ for updating the Goals.
e) Product trainings (As and when conducted)

2. The investor has agreed to seek services for his/her units invested through ______

3. The Owner of the Shares or units has agreed to pay the annual fees on yearly basis.

4. The Owner of the Shares or units at any time during the course of the process, seeks to
discontinue the services of the Service Provider can do so by clearing the dues till date

and opt for Free Membership Plan.

5. The Membership Plan, Fee Schedule, Termination Fees is mentioned in Annexure 1.

6. Any dispute arising out of the said agreement shall be settled amicably.

7. If the case is not settled amicably, both the parties can seek legal recourse for the settlement
of the case.

8. The Jurisdiction of the case will be at the registered office of the Service Provider
