What’s going on, guys? This is Jeremy Reeves here. Stefan asked me to make
you guys this video, basically walking you through one of the letters that I wrote,
using the RMBC method. I’m basically just going to have this up to my right like
this, that you could see, and I’m going to have this up, the actual letter, to my
left. This letter is actually almost 9,500 words long, so it would take probably 2
hours to read through this whole thing. I don’t know if I’m doing that math right.
Let me actually just do it to see what we’re going to do here.

It’d take about an hour. I’m going to do a little bit of a hybrid here, walk you
through each section and then just show you the parts where we go back and
forth and exactly what I’m pulling from the outline over to here. As you’ll see,
it’s not going to be exact. Actually, one of the things I really like about this
outline that Stefan has is that there’s some optional things in here, depending
on if you have a doctor, if you don’t have a doctor, if you have a product
discovery story, if you don’t, certain things like that. We’re just going to go
through and I’ll show you what I did and didn’t do.

For the headline, we have Nature’s Drano... for your bowels? We won’t go into
too much detail here, but this is something I’m going to be testing, because
there’s some other ways that we could go about saying this whole thing.
Drains your bowels like Drano, whatever. What I’ve had is: add this flavorless
nutrient to your morning coffee or tea to effortlessly and fully empty your
bowels every single morning. If you look over here, that’s already starting to
call out the problem, and then, as you go into the lead, if we look up, we’re
calling out the problem here. Have you ever poured Drano down a clogged
pipe and watched in amazement as weeks, months, maybe even years of

that we’re talking about.

This is all still part of this. We’re talking about the benefits and overcoming
objections that they might have in there. I promise you it’s absolutely possible
and much easier than you think, and then still going on with the benefits, so
teasing them about some of the benefits and even a little bit of the unique
mechanism behind the solution. It’s been scientifically proven to help you
poop up to 171% more than do right now, quickly remove 5-20 pounds of
backed up poop that’s weighing you down, boost healthy gut bacteria by up to
344%. We’re starting now to tease the unique mechanism a little bit. I didn’t
really tease the emotional discovery story.

but I didn’t quite tease the actual story, it just didn’t really fit for this one. I’ve
done that in the past though. The contrarian nature of the mechanism. You
might be thinking this all sounds too good to be true, but I promise I’ll show
you all the research, the evidence from leading universities and introduce you
to people just like you who are perfect poopers. This is a little bit still more
part of the benefits. One of the things I want to point out too is that this is an
outline, it’s never going to match up exactly, perfectly.

It’s okay to bounce around just a little bit. You have a benefit and then you
tease one of these things and then you come back to benefits. That’s totally
fine. The way that I like to do it is I like to just leave this here and make sure
that I get as many of these in there as possible, even if they’re in a slightly
different structure, maybe the fascinations come up before the contrarian
nature of the mechanism, that sort of thing. I think the most important is to
tease these first, these two are one, two punch up here, and then all of this
other stuff,

in my view, are fine to have them in there, just make sure that all of these are
in there, even if they’re a little bit out of order. Obviously you don’t want to go
too far out of it. The best part is that all of this can happen without changing
your diet. This is still in the benefit phase and the overcoming objection
phase. Then we go into: In fact, this new discovery makes traditional pooping
solutions like psyllium fiber and laxatives completely obsolete. Now we’re
getting into the contrarian nature of the mechanism. That’s because it solves
the number one problem causing you to poop too little or too much. That’s
actually teasing the unique mechanism again. We’re jumping in a little bit.

I could actually try a new lead where it just goes straight down the line like this
and it might actually perform better that way. Fiber alone can’t fix, laxatives
make worse, other solutions simply don’t help. I promise I’ll show you exactly
what it is, how it works, and why it can transform your life like it did mine.
Now we’re coming down here to the story. I don’t have any qualifiers in there.
Actually, I do. It’s hidden. This line. Depending on what you’re writing, you
don’t necessarily need to say, “You want to read this page if you’re this person
or if you’re that person.” A lot of times the more advanced you get with copy,
you can weave that into the sentences and you don’t actually have to have a

section saying who it’s for and who it’s not for.

You can just talk about that in your copy, but you don’t have to have an actual
section for it. If we just look, up until here is the lead, all of all of this right
here, and if you look at it, we called out the problem. We’re just going to look
at everything that I did hit. We called out the problem, we promised the unique
solution, we didn’t really tease the emotional story. I have the emotional story.
I didn’t really tease that. We teased the unique mechanism behind the solution,
we teased the contrarian nature of the mechanism, and that’s when we talked
about this, it’s contrarian to everything else on the market,

we did some fascinations, without changing your diet, without gagging on
toxin-filled, gel-like psyllium fiber, without resorting to dangerous laxatives,
suppositories or enemas. We have some bullets here, we have some bullets
here, so they’re all over. Credibility builders. All this is right here. Qualifiers -
again, it’s in there, but it’s weaved in throughout the sentences. Skepticism. I
would also call this objections. We do that throughout, within the sentences
themselves and a few broad testimonials. We have them right here. Really,
the only thing that we didn’t hit on the lead was the Tease the emotional
discovery story. That’s something that I can put in here.

I don’t think I did. Here’s the background story. I need to share an embarrassing
story with you. Who I am plus credibility builders when appropriate. Here’s a
good lesson here. I have absolutely zero credibility. I am not a doctor, I am not
an expert. I am absolutely nothing. I’m just some random dude selling this.
I’m not going to talk about who I am because that in my mind would actually
decrease the selling power that this letter has. Again, I’m just some random
dude that is selling a product. I go into the embarrassing story. We’re just going
to skip past this because I have no credibility. This says “when appropriate.”
It’s not appropriate here, so I didn’t do it. Me or someone close to me

was just like you (in pain). Here’s the emotional story. We were at a rehearsal
dinner for a wedding and I just finished eating. It had been about four days
since I’d pooped last. I knew there was a high risk of either getting stuck on the
toilet for 20 minutes or having sudden diarrhea. I knew where the bathrooms

were because I always knew where the bathrooms were in any public place,
so I figured I would be okay. About five minutes later, the hot flash you get
as a warning before you poop your pants washed over me, so I started speed
walking towards the bathroom. When I got about halfway there, the fire alarm
rang, my eyes opened wide as I mentally screamed, “Oh my god, no, not now.”
I’ll say the story because it’s a funny story.

It’s actually true, by the way. At this point, I can’t even describe the fear that
overtook my body. I got outside as fast as possible, clenched my butt as hard
as I could, and started speed walking towards the nearest bathroom, which
was about 100 yards away down the street at the next restaurant. But about
halfway there, a couple walked by me, so I tried to act normal by relaxing for
just a second to say hi, and immediately I knew that I’d made a huge mistake
because just a few steps later it all rushed out of me and into my pants and
shoes. Four days worth of poop was now dripping down my leg and into my
shoes. In that moment I felt like I wanted to just give up and die. The shame,
the embarrassment, the disgust with myself that I let it happen,

the fear of getting made fun of for the rest of my life. Real quick pause. If
you’ve ever pooped your pants in public, did I just nail the emotions? Because
I have, so I know the emotions. I’m assuming you’re shaking your head yes.
Even if you haven’t, but you’ve been in really close calls, this is what it’s like. It
was all too much to handle. I felt like the main character in some kind of sick,
twisted film that everyone watched and laughed at, but I couldn’t just stand
there crying on the street, so I sprinted in the next bathroom I was headed
towards, straight up to the bathroom where I had to take off my underwear,
cover up the stains on my pants as good as I could and called my wife to leave
the rehearsal dinner and come pick me up.

That’s the story, and then it’s bringing it back to them. I don’t know if something
embarrassing has ever happened to you, but having an accident in public as
a grown adult is one of the most humiliating experiences you can get ever go
through. On that day I made a decision that would never happen again. Now
we’re starting to bridge into the Traditional solutions and advice not working.
For the next several years I tried every possible solution to figure it out. I won’t
really read this word for word, but I talk about all the different things that I tried.

For example, I tried psyllium, but here’s some of the bad things about psyllium.

Then I actually dug in just a little bit further because I found this and I looked
at Metamucil, which is probably one of the most popular fiber supplements
out there right now, it’s probably the most. What I did on the actual sales
letter for this is I looked at all the ingredients, so I’m just dimensionalizing the
problem here, I’m digging deep into the pain points here. I looked at all the
ingredients of Metamucil and it was basically psyllium fiber, and then all of
these ingredients, so maltodextrin, so I looked up side effects of maltodextrin,
citric acid, artificial orange flavor, aspartame, and Yellow 6. Especially if you’re
trying to be healthy,

a lot of people are trying to avoid these things, they’re trying to avoid dyes,
artificial sugars, artificial flavors. This one isn’t really too bad. It’s pretty much
made from lemons, but often made with GMO ingredients, can make digestive
problems worse instead of better. This one worked for me because this is about
digestive problems. This one’s pretty bad. I think that’s also an alternative sugar.
Then I just talk even more about why selling fiber sucks. Again, if you’ve ever
taken psyllium fiber, you know that it sucks. This one right here. Even if you
decide that those chemicals are worth the risk, it’s still a nightmare trying to
gulp down a large glass filled with a thick gel-like substance that tastes awful
and makes you want to gag.

I know all the emotions of this market because I am the market. This product
I actually made for myself and it works, it’s just amazing. I’ve taken psyllium
fiber. I know how bad it sucks, but that’s something you can find in your
research anyway. We’re still in here. I tried laxatives and quickly understood
why they should be avoided at all costs. Laxatives work by stimulating you to
poop more. Personally, I hated even having to try them because they’re not
natural and have severe long-term consequences. I like to use products that
work with my body. Right here is a little psychological dig on tapping into
those people. It’s almost like a tiny little guilt trip right here.

If someone is reading this, I’m saying I like to use products that work with
my body and help solve the root cause of the problem, I don’t want long-

term side effects. Anybody who’s using laxatives is going to attach to that
and think like, “Oh shit, maybe I should be doing that too.” Because instead
of giving your body what it needs to help you poop regularly, they forcibly
stomp on the accelerator. That gives you a good visual there. Your body gets
lazy and lets laxatives do all the work, creating dependency on them, so the
longer you continually increase the dose, the longer you use them, the more
complications you get. Then I added some proof here at the Mayo Clinic. If
you frequently use them over a period of weeks or months, they can decrease
your colon’s natural ability to contract and actually worsen constipation.

In severe cases, overuse of laxatives can damage nerves, muscles and tissues
of the large intestine. What are the things that they’re using and just hammer
the shit out of them, make them sound like if they continue using the things
that they’re using, they’re going to die early, everyone’s going to hate them,
they’re going to be made fun of. You want to just really hammer home. This
is basically opening up the wound and pouring salt in it, and then cutting a
bigger wound and then pouring more salt in it, and then lighting it on fire. It’s
pretty graphic, but that’s basically what you’re trying to do here. The thing with
this section, that you have to really nail this because your solution is not the
first thing they’re trying,

so if you don’t nail this section, they’re gonna think, “My thing’s fine. It’s really
not that bad.” So you want to really nail this section. Clearly, laxatives should
be only for severe cases and short-term use only, and only when your doctor
prescribes them. This sentence is, again, coming back to psychology. If I’m to
say laxatives should only be used... it’s like ho-hum. Clearly, laxatives should
only be used... Obviously, if you’re using them, you’re dumb. It sounds like
that. And only when your doctor prescribes them. Anybody who hasn’t been
prescribed, this very specifically tells them that they should not take that
unless your doctor actually did.

That was the second thing. I didn’t really have one other third thing. I usually
try to do three. That’s my thing. I usually try to do three. I didn’t really have
one other big thing. Psyllium fiber and laxatives are the two big ones. The
third is just spread out. I tried every other possible natural remedy you can
think of, exercise, different diets, prunes, drinking a lot of water, biofeedback

I didn’t really do a trigger event. My trigger event was basically my story. This
and my trigger event are a little bit the same. That just worked out better.
Generally, that’s how I do it. I take this and I tweak it just a little bit to fit the
way that I write. I’ve seen other people where they do the story and then the
trigger event is at the end of the story. This is the way that I like to write. It just
fits my style a little bit better, so I move it a little bit. Right. I skip the search
for truth/answers, and that’s when I had a conversation with a genius doctor
that would change my life.

Now I’m doing these. Even search for truth/answers, they’re all one and the
same. At least for me it’s hard to do all these as separate sections. It’s like
the lead. Again, this is just an outline that you’re using, so fit it to the way that
you’re writing and the information that you have and that sort of thing. Use
this as a guide, not like a step-by-step thing. I think that’s one of the best ways
to describe that.

I meet a wise sensei-type who promises to reveal the truth that’s been hidden.
I had this conversation. The name is Dr. Felley. I was introduced to him
after complaining to a friend about my pooping frustrations. Then I go into
some credibility about him. I explained my decades of issues and how I tried
everything with no success. He smiled at me. I originally had “He laughed at
me,” but I thought that was a little bit too much and a little bit unbelievable.
Have you ever had someone complain? By the way, I brought this back a little
bit. This is a little bit of a weird subhead here and people are going to be like,
“What?” I brought this back to give an example, so that people can latch on to
it, something that has happened in their own life.

Have you ever had someone complain to you, asking for advice and, realizing
you knew the answer, you just smile at them because you knew how to help?
Think in your mind, someone’s complaining about something, and then, as
you’re saying it, the answer pops in and it’s so clear in your head, and you

smile a little bit. In your head you’re like, “All right, come on, stop, so I can tell
you what the problem is.” That’s what I brought it back to. That’s exactly what
he did. After I stopped talking, he said, “I’m sorry to laugh, but everything you
just told me it was doomed to fail from the start.” He promises to reveal the
truth that’s been hidden. “Not many people know this, but traditional solutions
for what you’re experiencing don’t solve the root of the problem,

so they actually can’t work. The reason I’m laughing is because I’m happy for
you. I know exactly what’s causing your problems.” He promises to reveal
the truth that’s been hidden. I asked him what’s going on. Now it brings us
down into the unique mechanism. He explained the entire process of how
poop happens. As it turns out, it had to do with my poop speed. That gets
your attention immediately because no one talks about poop speed. That’s
such a weird term. I have a better one for you in a second. I know that sounds
a little strange, so let me explain. The entire process from food to poop is
pretty amazing. Then I talk about it. First, food enters your stomach, bile and
enzymes grind it into a mush cake.

That mush cake enters your small intestine where most of the nutrients
are absorbed. What’s left is poop which consists of indigestible fiber and
bacteria. Most people don’t know that, by the way. They think that their food is
in the actual poop. What actually happens, just in case you’re curious, is that
food goes into your intestines and it’s in a molecule size form at that point,
it’s almost like water. It gets mushed up so much in your stomach and your
intestines actually absorb it into your bloodstream and your body, and what’s
actually left, what your actual poop is, is indigestible fiber and bacteria. When
you’re pooping, most of that poop is actually bacteria, which is weird. This
lump of fiber and bacteria then make their way into your large intestine, your
colon, and finally into your toilet.

Here’s a very important part. I t’s the speed of this process that determines
how enjoyable or frustrating your poops are. Now we’re getting into the real
cause of your problem. You’ve had 99% of the answer, but this is the missing
1%. Should be surprising, counter-intuitive, absolutely backed by credibility and
proof elements. Just keep these in mind as we’re going through this. Which
creates muscular peristalsis. The scientific of peristalsis is the involuntary

That is: keep it very simple so that people understand, but you should have
a moment in there where you’re very, very scientific, because you’re giving
yourself credibility by explaining it in a way that goes way over their head,
so they trust you as a credible expert because you’re saying something. The
last time you went to the doctor and they started talking to you and you were
like, “What the hell are you talking about?” They’re saying all these confusing
terms. That gives you instant trust into that person. When you do that, you
have no idea what the hell this means. Then I put: put in simpler terms, it’s a
poop train. You go from this very scientificky thing to “it’s a poop train,”

which you instantly understand. This process literally shuttles your poop
through your intestines like a train, soaking up water so it becomes moist and
soft for easier pooping and out of your body. If you’ve ever felt your stomach
growl, that’s actually not a sign of hunger. This is true, by the way. It’s actually
your poop conveyor. This is actually poop train at work. The original name
for this was poop conveyor belt, but I named it poop train. Here’s where the
problem comes in. Your poop is mixed in with a lot of water and, moving
through your intestines, your body slowly absorbs the water, which changes
its consistency. Depending on how long it takes, your poop can take different
forms. Then I give them examples over here. It should look like three or four,
based on the chart you see to the right, but if it happens too fast, not enough
water gets absorbed into your poop and it comes out as diarrhea.

I think I changed these. This is actually backwards. By the way, this version
went to design and then we caught a couple of errors. Basically, if your poop
is too watery, it comes out as diarrhea. I’m not going to change it. Basically
too much water - diarrhea, too much water in your actual poop and it comes
out as constipation. This should actually be intestines. Sorry about that. Your
intestines pull some of that water that’s in your...

I messed that up. We won’t go into the science. We’ll just pretend that didn’t
happen. It’s right on the page and I can’t remember right now because I’m
getting all confused. This is the unique mechanism. This is how it all works.
It sucks that I messed this part up because this is the really important part
of how it actually works. If the process is in perfect balance without any
interruptions, you enjoy perfect poops like the sausage or snake-like shape
you see in number three or four of the chart. These are the poops that dreams
are made of. Then I explain what a perfect poop is, because this whole thing
is going to be about perfect poops.

I should actually put perfect poops that dreams are made. I don’t know how
long you’ve been writing, but you will always have changes that you want to
make to your pages. Perfect poop that dreams are made of, they take just 30-
60 seconds, generally happen once or twice a day for most people, come out
soft and smooth with a feeling of complete release and require minimal wiping
without pushing, grunting or spending 10 minutes on the toilet hoping and
praying something finally comes out. As he told me this, I can barely contain
my excitement because I realized fixing this poop train was the missing link
that would solve all my frustrations. At this point, instead of showing you guys
the document, I’m actually going to show you the page just because we made
some changes on the page, and then that way you can see that. I’m going to
pause it real quick.

We’re back on the page. By the way, when you’re working with designers, stuff
like this makes it funny. Even when I do write “it’s a poop train”, I found a
GIF of an actual poop train. These are the poops that dreams are made of.
There’s a funny little GIF here, that sort of thing. Just when you’re working
with designers. Fixing this poop train was the missing link. We’re talking about
missing link, which is just the unique mechanism.

It’s bridging this gap a little bit. Then I go into some emotions. If I could finally
get my poop train back on track, I’d finally be able to go in public without
fearing what might happen, I’d get rid of the bloat balloon inside my belly,
making me look heavier than I really was, I’d finally feel confident as I could
fully empty my bowels and feel light and energetic again, I’d finally be able to

wipe in just a few seconds without leaving my butt chafed and sore. If any of
you guys or girls have had constipation, you know that all of these are very,
very true. Heck, maybe I’d even get rid of that smelly, embarrassing gas that
I’d had for my entire life. Also very true, by the way. Hopeful, I kept researching
and discovered that there are three main factors that damage.

Now we’re starting to go into the unique mechanism. That was a little bit of
the transition. Now that you know the real cause of the problem, this is the real
solution on a macro level. There are three main factors. Sometimes there’s
just one. Bad bacteria is causing your weight gain. Novel solution is get rid of
your gut bacteria. With mine, it’s actually three different things. It’s all around
that peristalsis, so that’s the one big thing, that’s the macro. The peristalsis
or the poop train, that’s the macro. N ow we’re going into the micro right here,
backed by credibility and proof sources.

That’s a given at this point. We’re going to start going into the macro again,
is the poop train. Now you know the real cause of the problem. This is the
real solution on a macro level. That’s the poop train. Now we’re going to start
getting into the micro, which is exactly what damages your poop train. Poop
blocker number one, boa constrictor stress hormones. Again, with copying,
I could’ve just put stress hormones, but boa constrictor stress hormones
makes it very visual. I’ll show you right here. Think about the last time you felt
very stressed, nervous or anxious. You probably felt it in your gut, right? Well,
the reason you feel it in your gut is because stress tightens your nerves like
a boa constrictor, including the nerves moving poop through your intestines.

You see how much of a visual that gives you? It makes it very, very clear. I
could have just said like, “Stress hormones cause your nerves to be tight,” but
I thought of what is that like, what would that feel like, so you can imagine that
boa constrictor wrapping around you and you get so tight, you can’t move like
that. It just makes it more clear. Considering our crazy modern lifestyle, I come
back to the emotions of them, it’s no wonder we’re all stressed out. The problem
is that stress releases epinephrine. I’m going into the science of it now. Saves
you from dangerous situations, diverts blood away from your intestines and into
your vital organs, and, as a result, your poop train slows down.

On top of that, it releases corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) in the bowels,
which is like holding your hand over a burning candle, because it directly slows
down and inflames the intestines, making the situation even worse. Like I said,
you can’t enjoy perfect poops unless your poop train is functioning like a well-
oiled machine. That’s why if you suffer from... This is actually coming back a
little bit to calling out the exact audience. I just do this once in awhile throughout
the copy. If you’re doing that more than once a week, it’s a good sign that your
