It helps in evaluating a student’s knowledge and skills. But it is also one of the most difficult aspects to teach because it requires careful thought and planning. And addition, to ensure good academic conduct, we should design out plagiarism and contract cheating by focusing on two key areas: curriculum reform and better communication between students and faculty members. 3? How do we productively engage students with feedback proces: a. Feedback is a vital part of the teaching process. It helps students to see how they can improve, and it’s a great way for teachers to see how they are doing. In order to ensure that feedback is productive and engaging, we need to make sure that we are providing feedback in the right way. One of the most common ways that we can engage students with feedback processes is to make them aware of how their work will be reviewed. When students know how their work will be reviewed, they are more likely to take the feedback proces can productively engage students with feedback processes is by giving them a voice in the review process. If your half of your class failed the term examination, what remediation method/strategies will you use? Kindly cite out a situational example. How can you test the effectivity of your remediation method/strategy? a. The remedial course can be a good option for those who need to brush up on the material. The tutor can also be helpful in this ation. Tutoring is another option for students who need additional help. I would ask the students where they went wrong and based on it I would create mock tests with questions that have chances of going wrong. I would create some questions that cannot be answered by a raw search. I believe this helps the students to think in a way that is necessary for good performance. As a teacher, [try to identify the reasons that cause half of the class fail their term examination. (Hope this could be true in real situation). I would interview the students to find out why they failed. If a large percentage of the students are absent during class and don't pay attention on what's going on, it would be hard for them to catch up with lecture notes from other students, To solve this problem, make-up classes would be helpful for them, However, if some of them paid full attention in class, but still failed the exam, maybe a remediation class would be better as it focus more on subjects/areas that have been tested. we should tell students exactly where they made their mistake. A key question in education is how teachers figure out what students don't understand, Part of the answer is testing: if you add up all the little quizzes and exams, students usually spend an hour or two every day taking tests of some kind, But this kind of testing is no good for figuring out why you got a wrong answer. It's just a direct measurement of your current understanding. Testing makes you stronger. As a teacher, it's important that we can differentiate which students need to work harder and which ones don't. Students have various learning styles. Come up with strategies that will help some of the slower learners. With these strategies, we are also holding them accountable for their own learning. They will lear at their own pace, and you could easily determine who really needs help. The teacher should not feel like this is the end of the world. When half the class fails, it only means that the teacher needs to work harder and come up with a plan that will help these students learn what they're supposed to learn, there are two options, you will pass, or you won't, to increase the chance that students pass T would use a review exam where I assign a tutor to ensure their questions and concerns are answered. Using multiple choice questions help show the student if they understand the course ‘material.
