Is the child physically, verbally or sexually abused?

Inform the School Head or School Committee on Discipline for filling of a


formal complaint.

Submit the complaint to his /her respective Brgy. VAWC for further
investigation.

Refer to MSWDO Office for further assessment of the child and for
