LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE ORIENTATION

A pleasant and healthy morning to everyone! May I request everybody to rise for the
singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by _____, Head Teacher, MAPEH
Department, and let us all feel the holy presence of God through the invocation to be
offered by ________, Head Teacher, ESP Department.

Please be seated.

On behalf of (School’s name), I could not help myself to express my delight seeing all of you
after two years of pandemic. We are all gathered here today for the orientation on the
implementation of limited face-to-face classes with you parents.

Before I go on, may I request you to face your seatmate and say “Kumusta ka? with your
biggest and warmest smile in your face.

Di po ba masarap ang feeling ng may kangitian after a long time just like saying na ok, we
made it! That is why you are all here today. Thank God for that.

Thank you so much po.

To formally welcome you all may I call on our beloved and very supportive school principal,
________.

At this juncture, to introduce to us the participants for today’s event, I would like to call on
the Head of the English Department _________.

The next part of our program is the orientation proper I would like to inform you all at once
in the order of the presentation:

Headed by our school principal for the school updates.

To be followed by is _______, Head Teacher, AP Department for the frequently asked


questions.

Next is _______, Head Teacher, Math Department for the sample class schedule.

For the readiness of physical facilities tasked by ______, Head Teacher, Soft Trades, TVE
Department.

The safety and health protocol is assigned to ______, our school nurse.
And finally for the parents’ consent our dear Guidance Counselor, _______ will take the
floor.

Attentive listening is requested. Thank you.

Thank you, Mams, and Sirs, for your presentation and discussion.

At this time, if you still have some questions and clarifications regarding those things
discussed a while ago you are very much welcome to ask just, please raise your hand to be
recognized. All your questions and clarifications will be answered by Mam _____. The
forum is now open.

If you have no other questions and concerns, we will now be proceeding to the signing of
consent with the advisers and level chairpersons. Please go to your respective adviser.

To formally end our program today may I call on ______, Administrative Officer, Senior High
School Department.
