hereinafter called the DEPOSITOR/’S which term shall mean and include his/her heirs, legal
representatives, assigns, executors, administrators etc. of the one part.

The said Depositor stated that the documents of title, evidences, deeds and writings more
particularly described in the First Schedule hereunder written (Hereinafter called the “said
title deeds”) in respect of his immovable properties situated at site admeasuring an extent of
45060.4 Sq.Yds. of site near Door No. 13-270, situated in R.S.Nos.73/1, 73/2, 73/3, 73/4A,
73/5, 73/10/1, 73/12, 73/13, 73/15, 73/18, 73/20,73/21/3 of Revenue Village of Tadepalli,
within the limits of Municipal Area of Tadepalli, within the jurisdiction of Sub-Registrar
Mangalagiri, Guntur District in which a residential Apartment namely "APARNA
AMARAVATI ONE" a Three Bed Room Flat No.701 in 7th Floor of the Building No.2 having
a plinth, common area, balcony & utility as per RERA and of 1810.27 sq. ft. along with Two
Car Parkings with amenities and all joint amenities viz. lift, stair case etc and passages and all
easement rights therein.
Second Schedule hereunder written together with all buildings and structures thereon both
present and future (Hereinafter collectively referred to as the (“said immovable properties”)
deposited on _____________ with Original Sale Deed Document No: _______/2022 by him
with BOB, P Nainavaram Branch, with an intent to create a security by way of equitable
mortgage by deposit of title deeds on his said immovable properties for securing the due
repayment, discharge and redemption by me as borrower to Bank of Baroda for its below
mentioned financial assistance.
Aggregating to Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs Only) together with interest, additional
interest, compound interest, further interest by way of liquidated damages, commitment
charges, premia on prepayment or on redemption, guarantee commission, costs, charges,
expenses and other moneys, payable under their Heads of Agreement / Loan Agreements /
Letters of Sanction / Memorandum or Terms and Conditions amended from time to time.
