Ppats System Gui Manual
Web Login Interface - This is where the Main admin and police admin will login.
The system requires internet because the real-time location and status of the

details of a particular police admin account or police user account. To achieve this, click
the Accounts button, select a particular account on the list and click the Edit button. The
main admin can update the following; First Name, Last Name, Station Assignment,
Police Address, Age and Gender. The main admin can also update the username,
password and account type upon the approval of the police admin for account update.
The main admin can manage the accounts in the home screen in the Accounts. It
can see the details of the police users and police admin. It can also add a police admin,
add a police user, edit their information, and delete their accounts. The main admin can
also view their current location by clicking the View Location button.
MONITORING THE POLICE USER (POLICE ADMIN’S INTERFACE)
Web Monitor Users for Police Admin- This is where the Police Admin could monitor the

Mobile App Police User Receive Notification - This is the interface where the police user
could receive back and see the location of the backup sender
In this interface, the nearby Police User will receive a notification and it can view
the maps on where the request back up originated and who requested the backup.
SMARTWATCH APPLICATION MANUAL
In order for the Police User to use the smartwatch application, the user must contact
the Police Admin to install the APK via USB transfer. Once installed, the Police User

Smart Watch End Back Up- This is the interface where the police user could request back
In this smartwatch interface, the Police User can request a back up even in the
tightest situations. The Police User can double tap the REQUEST BACK UP button.
ENDING BACK-UP IN SMARTWATCH
Smart Watch End Back Up- This is the interface where the police user could end back up
In this smartwatch interface, the Police User can end the back-up notifications.
The Police User can double tap the END BACK UP button. The Police User has an
option to also end the back-up signal in the smartphone or vice versa.
