Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing to apply for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, as posted in the Linked
– In. I have gone through the details information about the work profile of this position, whereas, I will
be responsible for the Program Evaluation of CSR Initiatives and facilitating Planning, Designing,
Resource Mapping and Stakeholder management process as well as program monitoring and execution
at the community level. I would be the front face to ensure the quality impact and outcomes of the CSR
Initiatives of the organization and building a social and community responsible image of the
organization across the country.
I find, this is a responsible position as senior management level where I would be probably take decision
in the behalf of the organization and building relation with Government and non- government agencies
while introducing the CSR initiatives of the organization.
Let me allow to brief my professional expertise in the development sector of the last eight years and
how do my skills justify for this position. I have done Master’s in Social Work from TISS, Mumbai
and having eight years of professional work experience with particular focus in government
program/schemes implementation, designing and planning new initiative across the all thematic areas
of social development sectors, Liaising with all stakeholders, Coordination of with CSR Agencies,
mobilization of Funds as well as CSR program execution.
I am currently working Government one of the flagship Program of NITI Aayog, i.e. Aspirational
District Program. My position is placed through multi-collateral agreement between Ministry of Home
Affairs, Left Wing Extremism (LWE) and Tata Trusts. I am posted in Ramgarh District, Jharkhand with
District Administration where my reporting officer is District Magistrate (DM). I also report to State
Team as well as NITI Aayog and MHA, Central Team in New Delhi. I have good network and build
up trustworthiness in the government department as well.
Previously, I have also worked with Jharkhand government as consultant, research Organization such
as J- PAL, Private Consulting Firms and Universities. I do have versatile exposure across the Health,
Nutrition, Education, Agriculture, Skill Development, Solid Waste Management and Basic
Infrastructure thematic areas.
I have initiated number of projects for the district administration and lead the program implementation
across the Health, Nutrition, Education, Agriculture, Skill development and Employment generation
sector. In Health sector I have designed and Implemented successfully, “Aarogya Sahiya: Innovative
Training Program” for Asha Worker to strengthen their skill based capacity to deliver primary
healthcare services at the doorstep in the rural terrain areas. Remodelling of Malnutrition Treatment
Centre (MTC) and its service delivery mechanism at the village level. While making program
successful, I extensively put hands on program monitoring and evaluation and believe in regular follow
up that ensure work completion on the given timeline as well as quality work delivery. Strategic
Monitoring and Follow up helped me to secure even the 1st Rank out of 112 Aspirational Districts
while working in both Palamu and Ramgarh District in Jharkhand under the Aspirational District
Program. I have also received from Both District Magistrates – ‘Letter of Appreciation’ on my work
performance.
I have been resourceful assets for the previous organizations and have been continuously rewarded my
work performance. I find this position exciting and getting opportunity to work with national and
international Fellows which helps to integrate my further professional landscape.

SKILL SUMMARY
PROJECT DESIGNING & TENDERING PROCESS

I have developed many number of project proposals in health Nutrition, Agriculture and Livelihoods
which has been approved by district administration as well as NITI Aayog Empowered Committee. I
have also done tendering evaluation process and selected ideal agency for the respective projects. I have
approximately designed more than 15 innovative project proposals in the last three years of my tenure
as an ADF. For instance, I have developed a proposal and tender document for “Aarogya Sahiya
Innovative Training Program” to empower the skills of Asha Workers on Preventive Health Services
and equip them with medical kits and techno based auto guided solution. In Livelihood promotion
sector, I have developed a proposal and tender document for “Koel Aajeevika Apparel Park”. There are
installation of Pre-Fab Civil Structure of Industrial Apparel Centre as well as procurement of 200 Unit
of Machineries.
STRATEGIC PLANNING

I learned since last seven years of my work experience, my strength has been comprehensive project
planning with focus on task detailing accounts for any perceived challenges in implementation. . Time
management is also extremely important as it has direct effect on project cost. For instance, I developed
the 3 cr. Project of Industrial Sewing Machine in 8 months before the deadline as well as ensured
training of SHG Sewing Operator before the Industrial Set up Inauguration. It saved approximately 50
lakhs rupees due to the process augmentation that I had introduced.
PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION & EVALUATION

I have expertise in program implementation and execution process in development sector. While
working with government department I have executed the program on field across the five thematic
areas – Health, Nutrition, Agriculture, Education and Skill Development sector. I have also streamlined
the implementation process of government schemes and strengthen the process and implementation
such as Vaccination, Immunisation, SAM & MAM reduction program, Skill Training Program, Soil
Testing, seed distribution and Micro Irrigation etc. Regular Follow up and Monitoring help to execute
the program as per given timeline. It ensures the program completion according to the budget cost.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

To ensure successful intervention of the program I have managed and liaison with multiple stakeholder
such as Department Officials, CSR Agencies, Beneficiaries, Elective Representatives and CSOs etc. I
ensured regular follow up, ground visits and continuous communication with each stakeholder’s
management and individuals that helps me to ensure successful achievement of the program objectives.
Additionally, I have raised INR 2 crore funds from Hindalco and Grasim Ltd while working with
Palamu District Administration for Establishment of Modern 25 Aanganwadis and Development of
Tourism Site etc. I have lined up all District officials of Agriculture, Education Health and Nutrition
and planned a joint drive to improve delta ranking of the Palamu District. It helps to achieve Rank 1
across the 112 aspirational district, Thus, District Administration has rewarded 10 Cr. Rupees from
NITI Aayog. Similar Strategy, I have implemented in Ramgarh District and secured Rank 1 in Ramgarh
District in November, 2020 as well.
Team Building & Communication

I have moderate skill set as a story teller. I can’t enamoured people through my voices. But I speak facts
with supporting data that brings faith element and I easily earned trustworthiness of my colleagues. I
believe to make team and execute plan or in case I am new member for a new task, I can easily fit in
other team as well. I learned over the period of time observation and listing skill set while working with
government department. It helps me to take decision How? When? & what to speak? These are the
important components to make a team or become a part of team. It helps me to achieve my task
objectives on the given deadline as well.
