 "AaNaRa" is the name of a
constellation of stars in the vicinity of
Orion, whereat this is not a constellation
known to modern astronomy.
"AaNaRa" is a constellation of three
stars which are near the position of
Betelgeuze, Mintaka and Riegel.
"AaNaRa" is the symbol standing for
the reconciliation of polarities, for the
dissolution of duality being the integration
of all parts of a being. Thereby it stands
for the healing and the wholeness of the
being.
This is the task which the "AaNaRa" -
Institute is committed to.

 Reference of Formulas
This is the complete formula reference
of the formulas contained in Franz
Bardon's book. It also contains formulas
which were not directly published in his
book but which result from the derivations
of the single letter energies.
In this reference-part the formulas are
sorted according to subjects. If a formula
applies to several subjects, it will be
listed under all of these.
Due to the enormous significance, I
want to point out again that any use of
these formulas for the suppression of
others will have a recoil on the creator.
The karmic feedback is inevitable!!!
 The particular formulas which can be
easily misused for this purpose should
therefore be applied with special
carefulness and consideration.
The formulas are presented by me in
order to enable each person to change her
live in a way never considered possible,
in order to help loved persons and in
order to effectively protect herself against
any attacks. With this aid nobody must
become an attacker himself and thereby
stays free of any karmic effect. Those who
still disregard my warning bear all further
consequences for their suppressive
actions. Nevertheless, I publish these
formulas, since they can't be held back
from the majority of all ethically and
spiritually striving people only because of
an extremely small number of suppressors.
In this case, these forces would remain in
the hands of the wrong people, who have
guarded them like their most treasured
possessions for so long.
Glossary
This is a short glossary containing
words that are not used in common
English language but are specific esoteric
terms:
Spiritual Hearing
~ is the acoustic equivalent to
clairvoyance
Spiritual Sensation
~ is the sensational equivalent to
clair- voyance
Spiritual Knowing
~ means to know intuitively without
having any rational data
Distant Hearing
~ is a specific form of spiritual
hearing regarding great distances
Mummial-magic
~ is a sub-field of magic that deals
with the impregnation of forms
(dolls etc.) in order to create an
effect on areas or persons with
these forms
Influenzation
~ is the penetration and filling out of
a thing or person (e.g. by
imaginative light etc.)
Medial
~ is the adjective to medium
Mediality
~ is the faculty to function as a
medium with the according abilities
(clair- voyance etc.)
 Basic Analogies of the
Letters
Preceding the reference, I present the
root analogies of the single letters, i.e.
their principle in its highest and purest
form, from which all lower harmonies can
be derived. Lower harmonies (or
analogies) are conditions, abilities etc.
which correspond to the highest forms of
the single letters, but which manifest on
lower levels (of being). The following
description is by no means supposed to be
complete. On the contrary, it only shows a
few letter analogies. It is only supposed to
serve as illustration for interested people.
Formulas, which are composed of more
than one letter, like "DC", "AP", "JHW"
and so forth, combine the vibrations of the
basic letters and result in a new vibration
according to the used letters. So A + B =
AB. Whereat AB isn't simply A + B but
something new, namely AB. Because the
whole is more than the sum total of its
parts!
The pure letters, meaning the pure
principles and their corresponding effects,
aren't presented as such in the reference
but in the form of double letters, e.g. A as
"AA", C as "CC" and so forth and they are
applied accordingly. According to their
application, whether it is mentally,
emotionally or physically, the formulas
appear as double, triple or quadruple
rows. Causal and mental for F would be
"FF", emotional "FFF" and physical
"FFFF". The same for A as "AA", "AAA"
or "AAAA" and all other formulas. Even
if the application of a quadruple formula
creates a stronger effect, the
corresponding double formula can be used
also, e.g. for "HHHH" also "HH". The
described effects will nevertheless
manifest, although a little later. In this
case, it is up to the own responsibility of
the practicing person, to develop a feeling
for the effectiveness of different formula
rows (double, triple, quadruple) and to
experiment with them. The application of
a double formula is probably easier then
the application of a triple or quadruple
one. Especially with the H-formulas this
gets eminent. Those who have difficulties
in using the triple or quadruple formulas,
which consist of letters of the same letter
kind, can apply and test them as double
formulas also.
 A
Supreme wisdom, highest illumination
and purity of all ideas in all forms of
existence. Lower harmonies are:
illuminated mind, cognitive faculty, power
of judgment, power of comprehension,
awakening of all intellectual abilities and
so forth; also all analogies of the Air
principle and mastery over them, as well
as musical talents, eloquence, poetry;
occult abilities, like clairvoyance, distant
hearing, levitation, power over the Air
element and its realms and so forth.
B
The principle of polarity in all forms
of existence; everything that concerns
polarity in all harmonies: the plus and
minus of all existence, the power over the
electric and magnetic fluid in all spheres
and planes, power over fate and so forth.
C
The mystery of self-spiritualization as
well as of transformation and
incorporation of a divine idea, virtue and
so forth into a form. Everything that has to
do with true Eucharist.
D
Represents the secret of the act of
creation in the micro- and macrocosm on
all planes and in all analogies. All laws of
creation are expressed and controlled
through this letter. Harmonies: Deepest
wisdom concerning self-awareness; all
analogous aspects of eroticism and love
as well as of fertility; mental-matrix
 E
Represents omniconsciousness and the
divine omnipresence. Everything that has
to do with consciousness projection of any
kind; the all-embracing spiritual hearing;
materialization and dematerialization
F
Represents the legality and harmony of
all visible worlds, which are micro- and
macro cosm. Harmonies: Legality of the
four basic qualities of the mind (will,
intellect, feeling and consciousness);
radius of action of the four elements and
so fourth
G
Concerns the divine mercy and
compassion of all spheres and planes.
Further analogies: Divine peace and
blessing. Harmonies: Bliss, contentment,
affluence, prosperity, richness, success,
luck etc.
H
Represents the power of word, of "it
shall be", the understanding of the same
and its application. Harmonies:
Clairvoyance, manipulation of fate,
Mantra- and Tantra- practices
Ch
Stands for the "purity of all ideas",
thereby also for clarity and the ability to
remove all obscurities and to see
everything in its purest form. Harmonies:
The rhythm in all phases; all languages of
the universe in all spheres and planes;
mastery over the Water element and the
magnetic fluid

Underlies fate or the Karma law. All
doing and action, as well as life, fall
under this vibration. Analogies are:
Memory, remembrance, conscience;
astral-matrix; the breath; the control over
matter through form, measure, number and
weight

Is the vibration of supreme all-
embracing cosmic love. Lower harmonies
are ecstasy of the mind, sympathy,
attraction, lust, the procreative act and so
forth
K
Is the vibration of divine omnipotence
and is analogous to the primordial light.
Lower analogies are: The manifestation of
believe, courage, perseverance,
toughness, patience; control over earthly
treasures and so forth
L
Represents the highest divine virtues.
Lower harmonies are: The understanding
of true moral, magic equilibrium, health,
beauty, harmony, permanent youth and
attraction, vital energy and so forth

Is analogous to the primordial Water
principle in all forms. Analogies: Vital
spirit, sensation, feeling; mastery over the
magnetic fluid, gravitational laws and so
forth

 Awakens the highest bliss. Analogies:
Instinct of self-preservation, the mental-
matrix, the mental aura, motion, cohesion,
gravitation and so forth

Is the vibration of justice as
primordial principle, as obedience to
(divine) legality, as acknowledgment and
appreciation of the divine laws. Lower
harmonies: Absolute legality of harmony
in the four basic qualities of the mind, high
power of judgment, contentment,
evenness, absolute confidence,
infallibility, unassailability and so forth

Awakens the longing for spiritual
progress, for highest spiritualization, for
spiritual perfection. Further analogies are:
Religious feeling, humility, longing for
character refinement, true sense of beauty,
as well as the procreative instinct and
love for children

Corresponds to independence and
freedom. Lower harmonies: Excellent
mind, a feeling of freedom of will and
action, genius and so forth

Corresponds to the divine primordial
Fire, the omniforce, as the quantitative
form of the first primordial principle of
the highest divine qualities, whereas
omnipotence is its qualitative form and is
expressed through "K". Analogies:
Mastery over the electric fluid,

Represents the primordial principle of
unmanifested omnipotence, which is
superior to "K" and "S". Harmonies:

 The Formula Reactor
For all users of the energywork: We
now have a tool, which makes using the
formulas easier and more effective. It is
called “The Formula Reactor”. Every
formula spoken into it, is transformed into
a 3-sense-concentrated formula and
amplified to a very high dynamic!

Therefore, working with formulas will

be a real pleasure! The time needed for
your daily formulas is greatly reduced by
using this reactor. Often times it is enough
to say the formulas just a few times to
receive the desired charge and effect.

For example: Let's take the formula DC,

which stands for purification. You charge
the formula 3 x 462. If this charge is as
large as a golf ball using the traditional
method, when you use the formula reactor,
it would increase to the size of a big gas
baloon and have a dynamic the same as if
this baloon would explode.
T h e formula reactor amplifies the
effect of DC. Saying the formula one time,
you get the size of a small baloon. Saying

the suppressors' invisible wall, they could
capture him again.
"Right, and therefore not only an
expansion of consciousness is required,
so he can recognize these invisible walls,
but also the means to defend himself
against these forces."
Exactly, because then not only will he
know who he is, but also nobody can
make a fool out of him in the future.
Nobody will be able to suppress him
against his own will anymore. He won't
allow the media to lead him astray any
longer, because he will immediately
recognize when someone tries to suppress
his rights.
"Yes, and he has the personal power
to defend himself against all attacks, no
matter if they are mental or physical.
Nobody can harm him anymore. He is
free."
Free and full of love for life. A really
valuable member of humanity.
"So be it."
Nevertheless, I think it is important to
find a way to help many people in the
fastest way possible. Just remember the
"hundredth-monkey-effect", when
suddenly all monkeys of the same species
on every island began to wash their
potatoes. At first it was just one monkey,
and then its closer family members
followed. Then, as time went by, more
and more of the tribe located on the island
were made to wash the potatoes too. But
suddenly over night the incredible
happened: From this moment on, the
whole tribe began to wash the potatoes
before eating them. And - on every island
no matter how far off it was - all monkeys
of the same species also followed this
procedure of washing and eating potatoes.

Right, and why should there be a

Just show me one who couldn't benefit
from this Energywork?
