Being Healthy Tip!
Skipping meals is unhealthy because they may leave out essential nutrients
your body needs. In fact, skipping meals can lead to out-of-control hunger and frequently over-
indulging.
Practice eating and drinking healthy. Try to replace foods high in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats
with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat protein foods, and fat-free or low-fat dairy foods.
And stop drinking unhealthy beverages, such as alcohol, soda, and sugary coffee drinks, and
replace them by drinking healthy, such as green tea, mint tea, lemon juice, or clean plain water
you can find in your home.
Control the food portions you will consume. Keep your portion size moderate and reasonable.
Get moving and sweat off. Participate in any physical in your daily life. It will help you manage
your weight, have stronger muscles and bones, and improve overall health.
Sleep for at least eight hours a day. Sleeping allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you
refreshed and alert when you wake up. Healthy sleep also helps the body remain healthy and
stave off diseases
